Sticky
It can be a little sticky & “gummy” I would assume from the fibre to help bind the product. It’s not a negative though, was fine.

Strong flavour
Strong flavour, quite sweet in comparison to others and may not appeal to everyone. Easy to use and mixed with water with a little effort. Perfectly tolerable and assuring vegan product.Just over £15 (at the time of review) which is fair value working out less than 60 pence per serving. Personally I wasn’t a great fan of the taste and wouldn’t buy again.

Tastes just like a blue raspberry slush puppy, but expensive!
This drink tastes exactly like a slush puppy, so much so that I think you could even use this to make your own slushies!I actually really enjoy this and have a glass through the day while I work. The taste is actually a little strong at the recommended serving size, so I do use a little less which means it's a bit more palatable and will last longer. For £25 you get 25x 10g servings, which is £2.50/each. That is incredibly expensive, especially for a supplement that's mostly comprised of Inulin and Creatine which are cheap. The other ingredients are great, and it even includes Citicoline which is the best choline source and doesn't come cheap, but I don't think the value of the ingredients comes anywhere near close to what you pay. With this supplement, you are mostly paying for the branding and the convenience of being able to get all of these ingredients in one drink. For this cost per day/dosage, you could get each ingredient in its own supplement in much better dosages, although then you have the inconvenience of having to swallow a handful of capsules. The drink certainly does help with focus and motivation through the day which I definitely need help with, and although this is a great product, at the current price I would definitely prefer to buy the ingredients individually.

Not keen on the taste but surprisingly effective
I was sceptical if this would make any difference prior to using it but it surprised me in its effectiveness. Put simply, taking this supplement in the morning helped make me feel more alert and able to concentrate, completely doing away with any morning brain fog so to speak. The taste leaves a lot to be desired though- very sharp and bitter and not particularly pleasant. It mixed well with water at least which made it easy to drink down quickly before the taste got too much for me.

Drinkable and effective yet expensive
This is my first use of nootropics and I've enjoyed using the product. Basically it's a cognitive enhancer that is designed to help improve your mental skills. The product comes pouched with a scoop and has a little bag inside that helps keep the powder dry. Each scoop is 10g and in a bag you get 300g so a months worth of product for £25.I found the flavour to be reasonable but that being said I've never found any sort of supplement drink that I thought was amazing and moreish as they always have some sort of synthetic taste. Importantly, it is drinkable without making you feel like you're going to be sick!I've found it definitely helps to improve mental focus whilst at work without the caffeine hit.At £25 I think it's slightly too expensive.

Tastes lovely
I received this for free as part of the Amazon Vine programme. In return for an honest and unbiased review. This is a PhD Nutrition workout product and I have tried two or three of theirs before with good success. Although I hadn't tried this particular one.The taste of 'Blue Raspberry' is lovely and makes me actually look forward to having this pre workout. It smells lovely too, which hasn't exactly always been my experience when taking workout supplements.I haven't noticed much of a change during my workout from taking this, but it's still early stages and these things are always subjective, unless you have the means to do some scientific testing. It's currently priced at £17.08 for 300g, and for what you get compared to other similar products on the market, this is decent value. Especially considering it's a Vegan product, which always seem to demand a higher price.

An alternative pre workout
PHD Mind is a product designed to help keep focus on your task at hand be it workouts, gaming or anything else. There's a big boom in these types of products now especially aimed at gym goers and gamers. Anything that needs a long session basically.Usually pre workouts contain caffeine and beta alanine but this has neither. It uses other ingredients such as Pantothenic acid iodine and creatine to help reduce fatigue and push through. The drink itself tastes nice, the blue raspberry flavour tastes like any other other pre workout, sort of fruity and a bit fake but it is nice.In use I found it ok, I didn't get that buzz like I do from a normal pre workout, I didn't find that I was pushing through anything but I didn't feel tired which is probably the point. I think maybe a few continuous uses will help more especially once the creatine builds up in the system but I think if I was using it here and there I wouldn't get the proper benefit. The price seems a bit expensive for me as well but that's a personal preference.Overall not too bad but personally I prefer a caffeinated pre workout supplement.
