We bought it in 2023, and since then we are using it. Seat is very steady and within a month he was super comfortable using it by himself. After a year we had to remove the cushion but that was also made very easy by the seller. The plastic of the potty seat is of high quality. The assembling is quite easy.I had some issue with the product that i received(just the fitting wise not the quality wise) and i must mention that the customer service of the brand is up to the mark. The did co operate so well to help me solve my problem.

Quality is good and product is sturdy.The cushion is white and difficult to clean. It is very delicate and get torn easily.For toddlers, the size is a bit big.. better for children over 2 years of age.

There was no information that product does not fit square commode and now it's not even returnable. A waste product for me.
