Would be very good if it were all 18 grind.
Would be excellent (*****) if it were all 18 grind but there is a lot of dust. Having said that, it tastes and smells great and is peanuts (cost wise) to buying small amounts from a supermarket, I am just finicky, for you it may well be *****. I keep it in a small jar, shake the jar and the dust goes to the bottom, I put the dust in a second jar, and refill the first. Use the 18 grain "on plated food" dust "in food while cooking". A little effort and all is good even for the finicky.

Good Value — Great Flavour
Overall good value.Probably best flavoured black pepper I have ever purchased . . . hot and spicy.Down side is that it is not a coarse grind.Will undoubtedly be exceptional in pepper sauce for steak!!!Overall — highly recommended

Superb taste, quality and value black pepper
This is the best black pepper I've bought. The flavour is delicious and is top quality, it is extremely good value for such a huge bag of it. I add it to every savoury meal and it just enhances the flavours of the other spices I use. I have split it into two bags as there is so much of it it makes sense to keep it fresher this way, if you love adding black pepper in cooking and use a lot of it I can highly recommend this superb tasty black pepper.

Excellent value for money
This item arrived promptly and was well packed. We often buy spices and herbs in larger quantities as that offers the best value for money.Opening the pack to decant into our pepper pots was a delight. Very strong peppery smell and grains are of the proper size for our pots. We'll be happy to buy these again.

Best pepper I've ever tasted
As a keen amateur cook I thought I'd try this pepper to go into my new salt and pepper set. Wow what a different from the supermarket stuff. I'd always thought pepper was the same anywhere. I was so wrong. The smell, the taste, well it just hits different in a total positive way. I know i won't be buying any other from now on. You won't be disappointed!!! 5 star
