I’m being treated for chronic neck and back issues, herniated discs in c5-7 area. I ordered two different brands and types. I felt most comfortable in this one. I purchased the Medium. I have a very slender, long neck at 5’5”,125 lbs. I wore it with the gray side up; then realized all the marketing photos show it with the black side up. Mine did not come with directions. It seems you can wear it either way, whichever is more comfortable. It is not too soft, but not rigid at all. It doesn’t bind my jawline. It keeps my head upright when sitting and walking. I can slightly move my head, but not full range of motion, which is what it should do. Also, the material did not make me feel hot.

i have had a herniated disk four or five times over the last 30 years with each stint lasting between one and four months. all i can do is get in a neutral position and rest until the pain goes away. this last episode was settling in for a bad spell when i received my neck brace and slept with it the first night. when i woke there was no pain but as i resumed my normal activity the pain returned. i just left it on all the time for three days and now i have been pain free for a week and from past experience i feel confident this episode is behind me. i cant state how happy i am. the thought of missing this beautiful fall weather was so depressing. thank you, thank you

I like it but in front the stitching isn’t symmetrical. It’s a tiny bit lopsided so I feel it doesn’t rest on my clavicle quite evenly causing me to move it until it’s comfortable.I wanted it to keep me from hyperextending my neck backwards when hanging hay bags and to give my neck support when I sleep because befor I got it I was waking up with my arns and hands bracing my neck because it wasn’t getting enough support from my pillow. I wish it was softer and more less ridged in the front as the support I need is the back of my neck which it does but I need to bend my chin just a little bit more forward. It will probably loosen up as I wear it more as it’s new and needs to be worn more to break in.You don’t want to wear these things all the time because constant use will recondition your neck muscles. Just use for those activities that strain or hurt your neck such as mine.

It dies not help support it hold my neck up very well. I have a broken neck and had spinal cord surgery due to my ex husband punching me in the face! I can’t work and live on SS only. But I tried it anyway. Thanks.

I have neck pain and used to wear neck support a lot. I like this neck support for few reasons. it is not white color so that people did not notice that I am wearing a neck support. Otherwise , my friends ask what wrong with your neck. My wife said it look like you are wearing turtle neck outfit. Another thing is , the material is not pilling. The one I had before this one, pilling of surface after use for several weeks. Velcro strap is fancy. It support my neck similar to other product.

Utter worthless.Too big for a 130 pound adult female (loos)Even if I manage to tighten it down with the Velcro it doesn’t provide support AND makes me feel like I’m choking across my Adam’s appleVelcro is really weak.I’ll be returning this garbage.

I have a symptomatic pine cyst and it causes a lot of pressure. My neck was such a mess before I got this for support. I followed instructions and wore it for increments so that my body would get used to it. Also wore it for a flight and felt awesome. I have slept in it, but overall would not recommend that if you have grinding issues or TMJ.
