Product let down by no instructions, although it is easy to figure out how to fit it but, the lack of a template is really poor. I bought a cheaper one some time back that came with instructions, template, hole sizes and all information. On the plus side it looks nice when fitted and works fine.

Shame that it didn't have instructions, although experienced DIY'er should find it easy enough to fit. Adding a template shouldn't cost much for the manufacturer but it could be helpful for the consumer. I used it for an internal wall. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DOOR THICKNESS IS NOT LESS THAN 40mm to get your lock the minimum cover to withstand a "casual" break-in.

Instructions would have been good . Probably easier to build the door around the lock.

I really cannot fault this item. The quality it up there with the best.However I based my score on the fact that it doesn’t come with any instructions.OK I’m more than capable of working it out but a lesser DIY individual might struggle a bit.

Liked the quality of the lock ,excellent for the price,lack of instructions is a small problem but I did eventually work it out.. apart from that a very good lock.

Bought to put on our bedroom doors whilst we have builders in. Great locks just the job!!

Alright locks after you’ve spent ages working out how to fit them, as they do not provide instructions!

Good quality and compact unit, easy to install and good value as well.
