I would eat this golden nectar for breakfast lunch and dinner, absolutely perfection. i usually make baked mac and cheese with a jar of this, but it also goes great with nachos, pizzas, potatoes, quiche, french onion soup, calzones, sandwiches, pretty much anything youd put cheese on

I can’t believe this is supposed to be a good alternative standard cheese dip - it’s awful! I’ve had lots of cashew-based or other nut-based dairy alternatives that are pretty good or at least tolerable. This one has a weird, almost chemical after taste. It’s truly gross.

It's creamy and, if you plug your nose, mildly tasty, which is what it's supposed to be... I bought it because I try to avoid added oils in my diet, and this is one of the few vegan cheese options without added oils. For anyone who's used a home blender to make vegan cheese, it tastes about as you'd expect from something that's mostly cashews, water, and nutritional yeast... but which ingredient is creating that funky smell? One of the spices? I'd give it 4 or 5 stars without that odor...

I had a jar of this and a jar of their other sauce (Nacho variety). The other was passable, but this one had a strong chemical acidity that irritated my tongue significantly. I'm guessing it's not supposed to, but that calls their manufacturing practices and safety into question, so I wouldn't buy it again.

Best cashew cheese I’ve had. I’m allergic to dairy as well as soy and coconut. Most dairy free cheeses have coconut oil in them, making cashew cheese really the only kind i can have. All other brands of cashew cheese i have tried, their products have been disgusting. This cheese is really yummy and tastes like actual cheese. I’m not one to write reviews but i know how hard it is to find decent tasting diary free cheeses.

Wouldn't purchase again. Too strong of a taste and smell in the "stinky cheese" category.
