Stretchy Baby Car Seat Canopy New and Improved/Shopping Cart/High Chair Cover with Innovative Openings for Security Straps and a Reinforced Elastic Bottom by THE BLUSHING BABY

First thing I want to say is I have four children and have ordered many different "car seat covers" in my day, this review will be a little long but bear with me!!My oldest is 15 and a half so with her I used a blanket, total nightmare and never stayed put. With my second who is now 12 I used a lighter blanket and chip clips to keep it put!Fast forward to my newest kiddos, with my four year, I got one of the velcro covers you "just pay shipping for" insert eye roll because they charge $18 plus for shipping! They fly up in wind, touch the dirty ground on the edges and all around stink!Now I have a 7 month old and man I LOVE these 4 in 1 stretchy covers! I now have four of them in a variety of colors and brands.....I have spent $55 at a baby Boutique here in Utah on a "covered goods" brand. It is "ok" but for the price a total rip....it faded badly and got small holes easily after a few washes. I love the stretch to that brand and it fits my nuna pipa infant seat well but the quality is not "$55" worthy for sure....I tried a cheaper no name brand cover that came with bandana bibs and it was ok but the handle hole was HUGE and it wouldn't stay put or keep the light and wind out...(love the bibs though haha)I got a "copper pearl" brand for $25 on Amazon and like it alright but I got white and that was stupid on my part, which leads me to why I ordered this one....I have a ton of these covers and my husband is sick of me buying so many baby things so I begged as this one is only $8 right now....(I ordered two because my cousins shower is coming up and this is an amazing gift any new mom would love & $8??!! It's a no brainer)I got this today and let me say I am in love! It is the large black and white stripes...this is the only one I have ordered and received a neat little "carrying bag" to store it in! So amazing and such a neat addition, that way it will stay clean and neatly folded in my crazy diaper bag when I don't need it!The other thing that this and no other cover has is a couple little seat belt slots in the back for the shopping cart seat belt so you can keep the germs from baby and make sure they are secured! WOW someone did some thinking! I never thought of it because I haven't had to use it this way but this is genius!Tha material is super stretchy and fits my baby seat nicely. It is snug but not too much, just enough to protect her from wind and elements (& annoying strangers that want to touch her 😜)The lines are sewn evenly and there were no loose strings hanging all over the place!This is the perfect gift and an amazing deal at this price!Very happy with my purchase my only tiny complaint is no other color options, I have a girl and would love pink or purple or flowers instead of black and white but I am still happy with my purchase!!!Please like if my review was helpful!! :)

Love this cover and car seat cover is multi use which babies already come with enough baggage being able to combine products is essential to mom's as well ashaving compact items. This is a must have for all mom's i will be purchasing this for all baby showers from now on as it is not only super compact to keep handy in a purse or diaper bag bit you can also keep it in the car seat as a sun shadefor baby leaving more space in a diaper bag than most of those apron like covers out there which are very bulky! Also is very thin yet keeps you decent baby doesn't get to hot while nursing which is a must have as I'm in Phoenix. I've also had concerns with blankets or sunshades on car seats in the past as it doesn't allow for proper air circulation this cover however is thin enough to let air in and out as well as medium size how at the top where the handle is allowing for air to move throughout and for mom/dad to see baby. It comes in many different colors and patterns for any one i prefer black and white one so i can refuse for future kids of a different sex or different cat seat color

I love this car seat canopy because it is very stretchy and fits the car seat perfectly. I used to use blankets for my first and they were always slipping and I was always scared that the car seat would slip because of the blanket. I love the holes it has for the top as well as the ones in back to use as a shopping cart cover. I have not used it as a shopping cart cover so I can not say if it works well but I know that other similar products do not have the holes for the safety belts. I really liked how it came in it's own little pouch, it makes it easier to just put it in the diaper bag if you are not using it right away. I like the stretchy material since I am a plus size person it can easily fit without feeling like I am squishing the baby.I received this item at a discounted price in return for an honest review.

It does the job for the price. I don't like the holes for the shopping cart idea. When they wind blows, it blows right through the holes, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a cover. Also, by the time my baby is big enough to sit up in a shopping cart, I won't be using a cart seat cover anymore and I won't be hauling this around to use as such. I don't use it as a nursing cover but I wouldn't like to have to worry about where the holes are located when I'm trying to get my fussy baby to feed.The stitching that holds the elastic in the bottom of the fabric coming undone. I have three kids three and under so I don't get out much these days. So, it has very little use thus far and I've only had it for 5 weeks.

Baby #3 will be making his way into the world early fall of 2018. I was looking for something breathable to go over his car seat and came across this versatile cover. I thought to myself, perfect. I recieved the cover in the mail and tried to put it on my graco modes car seat. It was not having it. I felt like I was wrangling an alligator. The bottom elastic was so tight it would barely stretch over the back of the seat. I tried it a few more times and gave up.. A few days later I finally ended up getting the cover on. I feel like if I had my son inside the car seat, he would be jostled around. Super cute but I'll probably just unstitch the bottom so it just flows.

This is the item I've used the most since we left the hospital. My baby is now 7 months old and I am still using this. I used it so much I bought several with different designs. I used it for 6 months for nursing, it is light enough to nurse everywhere. I used it when he slept in his car seat and we were out at restaurants or shopping, and now that he is older I used it over grocery carts and high chairs in restaurants.

Happy with the item itself. Disappointed it had three purple marks on the material. I did not try to wash it yet. Just decided I will feel better the first time get something on it because it is already marked.
