I love these chairs!! However, they are difficult to assemble and the instructions are hard to read/blurry. My husband is pretty handy so if he complained the average person who isn't handy may have trouble. Also, it came in 2 boxes delivered two days apart. The packing slip didn't indicate this but it was written on the box. Customer service replied promptly to our questions.

The shipment came quickly in two large boxes. The cushion thickness was exactly as advertised and is comfortable. The instructions were not bad except that the bolt sizes were not very clearly explained. I seemed to have five sizes of bolts where the instructions only mentioned three sizes. It all worked out though. The first chair took me a bit to figure out which were the best size bolts to use but after that, the second chair assembled quickly.The wicker seems thick and tightly woven with a nice dark color. The cushions are a pretty blue. The mechanism swivels and rocks easily.The only semi-negative thing about the chairs is that the seatback angles a bit further to the rear than I like to sit. I prefer sitting more upright than lounging back. However, I easily fixed this by using a throw pillow. I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend this set.

Well made from a steel frame. Very strong and they look great. I bought 4. The first was really hard to put together but the instructions are clear. Read them and be prepared to spend some time putting them together. The end result is worth it.

These tables match style wise with a set I bought earlier in the summer. They were very easy to assemble.

Instructions could have been clearer about carriage assembly. Had to go to the Amazon Picture to figure it out. Love the chairs.

Assembly is a mess. Great looking chair, but the assembly is not worth the price. It’s an Allen wrench, it’s not rocket science, items don’t match up, I wish I scrubbed the reviews and saw all the others with the assembly issues. Just disappointing. Getting it returned is a nightmare. You have to go through Amazon international because it’s from China. Horrible, horrible, just simply horribly.

I ordered this product because I was trying to match a table that I already had. It is much better quality than the one I had but one of the corner screws wouldn't go in. My husband tried after I couldn't get it and he said there isn't a place for it to go. So one corner screw (allen wrench) had to be left off. Otherwise it was fairly easy to assemble.

I suggest you assemble the on a table or counter. And, locktite the screws. A few of them came loose and fell out.
