Instead I’m going to buy sturdier ones with bigger nailsBut over all, it goes really well with my living room. Great for a small space too.

This hall tree is unique and goes so well in my entry hall - a farmhouse look, but really classic enough to fit with any style. Easy to put together and I plan to change the items for each different season - it has a nice bench and a really good value for the money. It can be used for coats, boots underneath etc but we live in a very warm climate year round so I set a couple quilts folded up on it, a basket on the lower rack and a straw wreath on one of the hooks and plann changing it each season - another nice thing it tall but the depth is narrow enough that it’s perfect for the longer hallways they often use in these new houses. Highly recommend!

very nice product could be a little stronger made, but pleased

I spent months trying to find the right halltree without spending much money. I was going to buy a wooden on but really didnt want to spend hours building it.Settled on this halltree.Priced well and sturdy! Serves it's purpose and matches my other decor great.I bought the storage baskets on Amazon and they hold our shoes and other kids items like hats etc.The only con was the hooks that came with this were very hard to attach.So I just bought the hooks you see on it now. They are actually command hooks! I think they match much better anyways.Buy this!

I love having this rack in my laundry room. It's the perfect "dump" area for bags, jackets, shoes and mail. It's comfy it sit on and tie your shoes. Its a great price. I've had it for 10 months now and it has held up well. Very happy customer.

The media could not be loaded. **UPDATE: the company did send me a new product. Originally they tried to give me $15 for finding my own missing pieces and replacing the broken part. I don’t have time to drive around store to store looking for feet that match and I don’t have a drill to start over with a new board Jay. I really just don’t have time. I’m happy that they sent me a replacement, but I have not opened the product to see if it is broken or in good condition or not. Overall, I’m very happy that they sent me a new one, if anything is wrong, I will update this review but for now I am satisfied that they quickly sent me a replacement.It started off impressing. The seat is very solid and the unit itself has a beautiful finish. I started putting it together and things were going well until one of the screws didn’t lineup that is supposed to go into the shelf under the seat. It felt pretty sturdy without it, so I set the screw to the side And hopes that it wouldn’t be affected down the road after bearing weight throughout time. Once I got to the top to attach the wooden plaque that hangs the jackets… I reached up on the counter to grab the screw and while I was screening it in the board broke I had accidentally grabbed the wrong screw the one that was supposed to go in the shelf But couldn’t because the holes didn’t lineup. The screw went all the way through the board and broke it. That would’ve never happened if the holes lined up because it would be in that bottom shelf and not on my counter. I put it together by myself because I’m a single person so I had to hold the board on one side while screwing in the board on the other side which led to the accident of me grabbing the wrong screw. My item came with missing parts, they only gave me 2 feet instead of 4 feet so now the shoes won’t go under the shelf. Since the shelf is not slotted, I don’t want to put shoes on the shelf because the water will just sit and rot the board. We’re using the shelf for backpacks, and a Tupperware container with hats and gloves.Customer service has responded promptly however, they are offering $15 for the missing feet and broken board (which doesn’t fix the fact that the shelf won’t be completely sturdy without the screw going in because the holes don’t line up). I ordered from Amazon because I’m a single mother of four children and a business owner, a busy professional… I don’t have time to go hardware store to hardware store looking around for feet and guessing the size. I have no idea what size these feet are or how much it would cost to buy four of them. I doubt I can just buy two and hope that they match the same size. $15 wouldn’t pay for my gas to drive around hardware store to hardware store in the city I live in.I’m not very happy right now, but haven’t completely resolved the issue with customer service yet. I will update this review if customer service does something to adequately, fix my issue. Either replace the whole item and send me a package to ship this one back, send me 2 feet so that the item can sit up high enough to slide shoes underneath… Or just refund me completely, I have to buy new hooks which look like they’re gonna cost about $30 for four of them because the screws are just way too small. And like I said… I’m not going to be ordering screws. I have no idea what size so I’m just going to buy the command hooks like I see in another review.Other than that… If you order this item, and actually get all of your pieces, and don’t make the mistake that I did by grabbing the wrong screw because all of the screws don’t fit… It’s a very nice item and totally worth the money. Has a beautiful finish and seems to be very sturdy if you happen to get one that lines up correctly.I’m very frustrated about the feet mostly. It’s not serving its purpose because we cannot slide the shoes underneath so we still have a shoe mess. And I haven’t ordered the hooks yet, so we still have a coat mess. I’m not going to order the hooks until customer service resolves this issue just in case I have to send the whole item back.

I really don’t want people walking around the place with shoes on and wanted guests to have a place to sit down whilst removing footwear. The bench holds over 300 pounds so that should cover just about everyone. I have not mounted it to the wall yet and while it doesn’t seem like it would ever fall over, it does move a tad. It’s just what I wanted.
