Q: how quiet is this clipper

Obviously noise is very subjective and every dog has different tolerance levels. But I can tell you that compared to normal human hair clippers (I own a few and also get my own hair cut with them regularly) this set is definitely much quieter. Even the startup (which on normal clippers can make a clacking sound) is very muted. If anything the dog would be more scared of the vibration rather than the noise. If your dog is scared of the noise from these clippers then it’s skittish and has other issues.

It's just for 110v,if you need used for 220v,you need buy another power adapter.

Q: What size blade dose it come with?

The cutting swath of the blade width is 1 1/2". The handheld clipper has built-in blade depth adjustment, the dial has 5 positions, for 0.8, 1.1, 1.4, 1.7, and 2.0mm cutting depth. (Note, the front page of the manual says "5 speeds," but this is a mistranslation, it refers to the 5 cutting depths, the motor has only one speed.) It also comes with 4 attachable depth combs, 3, 6, 9, and 12mm.
