Question 1

I cannot get this to sync to a mac no matter what i try. i tried the usb a data port but the mac doesn't see the ipad. does it work?

Accepted Answer

Hello,

We can confirm that you must directly connect your iPad to your Mac without the use of the hub if you were trying to sync them together. The charging cable that was included with either your iPad or Mac should allow you to sync your devices with each other.

Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns.

Question 3

Can I connect a wired printer, monitor and mouse at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Hello,

A monitor can be connected but only one USB-A peripheral can be connected at a time since there is only one available on the hub stand. If you had a Bluetooth mouse paired, you could certainly use it and the printer and monitor connected to the hub stand. We hope this helps!
