I like the overall look and quality of this pot filler. I had a slight issue with mine and when I contacted customer service, they were very responsive by email and even telephone. They handled my issue quickly and completely. I would highly recommend this product with the backing of their customer service.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good. Looks great and works well. The plastic insides appear to be fine though I wonder if they may give out over time as the faucet seems to slow girly sag at the seams

Works well but needs an anchor

This was a great pot filler, the quality was really well made and it felt very sturdy. Unfortunately I ended up returning because we wanted a different look for our kitchen. But if I was sticking within the brushed nickel family, I would of had this pot filler installed.

Inexpensive but quality pot filler. When it came it had a problem and the seller sent a new one very quickly and everything was perfect after that. Works great and looks good in my kitchen.

We used this faucet in a coffee bar so we could fill the coffee maker without taking the pot over to the sink.Works perfect for what we wanted. Very well built faucet also.

The media could not be loaded. I had to use a chrome finish accessory part because seller didnt give it and u don’t find it in the indian market in black colour.We had to fix that else the tap would droop down because of weight of the faucet which ideally should not be the case if designed wellThe front of the tap is wobbly as shown within few weeks of buyingThese are powder coated so if plumber used a hard tool to even hold them while installing the tap, the black paint comes off.

Es estético pero tuve que devolverlo porque era un producto ya usado.Cuando abrí el paquete, tenía huellas dactilares, y al girar la llave, salió agua de la tubería.La rosca tiene restos de óxido y en la salida de agua, tiene restos de sarro de que ya fue usada.
