These are a hit for me. Something I can apply when I need my lips to look kissable. I almost always have chapped lips. The ginger during the day keeps me from getting dry lips. It plumps them and provides me with moisture -- not too much or too little. This lip plumper is a thin liquid, but I do not want to give anyone the impression that it will be slick, coming off quickly when I lick my lips, which I often do. The scent is lovely. I have always had lip balms with some or another flavor - like mint or fruit. Chapped lips seem less abrasive if there is a distraction like a strong flavor. That is why I love these.I think this product makes a great gift. I would love this to give to someone as an extra along with something else equally valuable.Removing this is a breeze. Also, it is essential to note that the ginger-flavored one is for the day and the mint one at night. I woke up this morning feeling my lips had started healing.The value is pretty high here for me. I am in seventh heaven because e out of all of the lip treatments, this is my favorite, hands down.Enjoy!

Great glossy plumping effect if you can handle a little burn
I have tried a few lip pluming glosses before. Each one has had a stinging sensation on my lips but this particular gloss treatment has a more intense burning feeling.There are two separate glosses to the set. The gold is for daytime and the silver is for night.I felt a strong burning sensation on my lips with the first application of the gold gloss. It's like rubbing a very hot pepper over your lips. The gloss is super shiny gleaming look that I like. There is a just a strong burning discomfort for the first minutes and although the burning does continue for some time I have found that my lips just get used to it and acclimate to the feeling, after a short while it isn't too bad.The silver gloss that is for nighttime overnight still has a burning feeling but much less intense.As for the cosmetic effects, both glosses work well. My lips look a little plumper, very glossy and youthful. For a little discomfort I'd say the desired effects are worth it for me. The way I see it, a little pain means that the product is working.

Honestly this way smaller then I expected for the price, yes and WITH that being said. This product is still very much recommend by me, plump sexy lips for days.

Works well, expect some tingling/burning
My best friend is obsessed with this derol duo so I had to try it. The gold one is for daytime and it does burn for a few minutes when I put it on. I believe this has to do with the plumping effect which it does well. It leaves my lips glossy and plump looking. The silver is for night time and doesn't have the same burning as the gold one. It is easy to apply and leave my lips soft and moisturized. I am very happy with the results I get from this duo and can see why my best friend loves them so much!
