Great product, better customer service!
To be begin, my item came with a crack in the warming bowl BUT after submitting my return request, the new package came the very next day! Amazing. Great product. Better customer service. Highly recommended. After having warm water in the warming bowl, the sake didn't take too long to heat up. Super satisfied.

Perfect, exactly what I was looking for.
This was exactly what I was looking for, and showed up well packed with no damage. Very sturdy and well-made, if you're looking for a decent hot sake cup set this is a very good value for the money.

It’s a very nice set for the price I paid. It’s a little smaller then I imagined. But it packs away easily. I was able to fit two candles to keep Sake extra hot. 🔥

I love this thing. I use it every other weekend for Pathfinder and a single little tea-candle or w/e they're called is enough to get my drinks the right temperature and to hold that temperature.I haven't tested the sturdiness, but it feels thick enough. Obviously, don't drop ceramic and expect it to survive.

Value, looks, and price. The only issue, is the tea candle just does not get it hot enough for my liking. How ever it is elegant and operational. Looks and works. Nice item. Thank you!
