Ordered a mug for a teacher who we only found out was leaving at the end of the term.I initially picked this seller because they do same day dispatch if before 2pm, and for their good reviews and good value for money.I misjudged the dates, turns out she was leaving earlier than I thought, and I also wanted to amend my message on the mug, so I contacted the seller.They couldn't have been more friendly, polite and prompt. They changed my message as requested, and they went above and beyond to get the mug to me on time.I couldn't find a fault with the seller if I tried!The mug arrived today (earlier than it should've due to their extremely kind efforts) and we gave it to the teacher after school as it's her last day.The mug itself is vibrant and solid, my custom made design looked good on it. It arrived packaged adequately so it was fully intact.I am extremely pleased with the product and the seller and look forward to ordering more things from them whenever required.I would definitely recommend them to everyone I can.

Really nice mug which was a present for my son's teacher. Firstly it came in two days which was brilliant. It was well packaged in a box.The image is good. I've not quite gone to 5 stars as its not the absolute clearest but is perfectly OK for the cartoon drawing I put on there. I've had mugs before that had photos that were a tad clearer. But again I'm happy with it and my son's teacher was delighted!It's also the best value photo mug on amazon and the design process when ordering was brilliant!
