SF Black review: I ordered at least 15+ cases for my iPhone 7 Plus, and this case is leaps and bounds my favorite.It's grippy - I almost didn't order this case because it was plastic. However, it has a grippy facing which makes it an absolute pleasure to hold one handed. NO other case offered the right amount of grip and slim enough to design to make me fall in love with it, but this case did just that. It's grippy in your hand or even sitting on the bed. It is hard plastic so it has a tendency to move on other plastics or hard surfaces but all cases do that, that said it still sticks to my kitchen counters just as good as a Silicone or Leather case. This case has more grip than the other marketed "grippy" cases like the Apple Silicon or Leather (after its oiled), Speck Presudo Grip, Silk case, etc. This case beats them all hands down and is smaller and less expensive to boot. It's not overly grippy to the point where you will ever complain about pulling it in/out of your pocket, instead it will stay put while you workout.It's slim - it is a minamilist case. But not like some of the .35mm cases that don't have a big enough lip to actually protect the camera or front glass. This case has the perfect amount of lip to protect both, without protruding so much that it makes edge swipes difficult like other cases like Apples Leather/Silicone or Speck cases. This case is noticeably thinner than some of my favorite runner ups, like the Apple Silicon or Learher cases. In comparison to those cases, the extra 2-3mm it shaved off the width and depth was enough to make this case a winner.

I bought this case for my wife's Christmas present iphone. I knew she would want to purchase a wallet case once she found one she liked. In the meantime I didn't want the characteristically slippery iphone to fly out of her hands. I am *very* happy with the Ringke SLIM case for my S8+ (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06Y2WC9RQ) and had no hesitation in buying the iphone 7+ version. The difference in "grippyness" is stark - it feels no different than the uncased iphone. It's an otherwise excellent case but since it's primary purpose is to keep the phone from falling - vs protecting a phone during a fall - I have to rate it at 3 stars.

Extremely pleased with the fit and feel. I don't know if it would survive an 8 foot fall, but it'll be perfect for what I need. Case feels smooth in the hand, and if laying face down the screen doesn't actually touch the surface. Extra lip on the back makes sure the camera glass doesn't get scratched as well.I would five a 5 star, except I HATE the lanyard attachment spot. The case would feel so much better without that little bump on the side. If they release one without the lanyard spot, I'd easily pay $20 for this case, and when I bought it they were only asking $9.

This case works very well. It does have some type of a textured coating on it to help make it non-slip. This was OK, but a little troublesome when pulling it from my pocket, as it wants to drag money, papers, ect. with it when it comes out of my pocket. I had a Ringke case on my previous phone and it was very slick, which I really liked because it slid in and out of my pocket very easy without grabbing other items. Other than that, the case is very thin, non-intrusive, and works as stated.

Case is great. It is not the slimmest case but that's not a problem. It protects the camera very well which it was my concern. The front edges are raised up slightly but I would recommend you get a screen protector for sure. Don't wait until your screen breaks it's a good investment. Holes cut out right but the speaker holes seem like they hang just slightly low (not an issue when you play music). Great case for the price. It also produces improved grip.

It's a bit disappointing. I thought it would be a solid opaque colored case. When I received it , it was disappointing to see that it was actually a see through case. The flexible structure makes me think it won't protect my phone for too long. It's just not very sturdy. Also, the type of material that the case is made out of, it will eventually and can easily attract dirt, making it stained, and will go from pink to black or dirt color after a couple of weeks or months. Not worth the money. I wish I had looked more into the details of this case before buying it.

I ordered 2 in the past week: one in SF Black and the other Smoke Black. Both cases fit the iPhone 7plus like a glove! The case feels smooth but it has some grip to it so the phone won't slip. The SF Black was well made and beautiful, but the Smoke Black wasn't as well made. The case started peeling the SECOND DAY of use. I always buy Ringke cases, so hopefully it's just a manufactured defect on this one. I can't return it because I've already toss the packaging bag that came with the case. If you're consider buying, get the SF Black but DON'T get the Smoke Black.

I like be the case! It’s great! The feel of having a thinner case but still that bit of added protection is great.It doesn’t have a slick back which is Great cause I have the iPhone 8plus and it’s big and so I need some grip.The safety of if it falls in not known yet. It’s not gonna be what I would get with a bigger case so I’m lacking in a bit of safety for comfort and I’m totally fine with that.

If you have a Jet Black phone or even a matte black one, look no further, this is the most suitable case. It fits so well that you can't even make out where the phone ends and the case begins. The quality is at par with Spigen with half the price. It is not a fingerprint magnet as you might be thinking. It is curvy and retains the original shape of the phone. It doesn't hurt to hold it from any angle. I highly recommend this case.

The cover was a perfect fit but the material was very bad, the surface started peeling of at the edges on the second day of use. have discarded the product. Luck bought it a discount otherwise it would have been terrible at full price. Have thrown it away.

The case is well built. Snaps onto the phone with a snug fit. The back offers nice grip, similar to silicon cases. Only gripe and the reason to return was the loop slot to put phone lanyard was poking into the palm when holding the phone in left hand. Otherwise it's a very well made case. PS: I already own the Ringke Onyx case for iPhone 7 Plus which is excellent too.

I have been using this product since over 3 weeks now. So I have thoroughly used this product to say that yes, it satisfied my needs. I needed a cover which can protect my phone from all corners and not make it bulky. The finishing is very smooth, not slippery just like the one I wanted. Plus the buttons and speaker cut outs are of the perfect size, not to big, not to small. Very comfortable to put on and take off. One of my biggest concerns was, the dust getting collected near the cut outs. I am pretty happy that with this case, there is no such issues. To sum up, I am pretty happy to purchase this. Highly recommended.
