One of the best brands in India for stainlessteel
I was skeptical about the brand name initially. Have been eyeing on a le crueset pan from almost two years and finally made my mind to go for a SS pan. I should say this is my holy grail. In my kitchen I prefer SS over cast iron or non stick. I have been using a NS pan for years whenever I prepare potato fry or plantain because it sticks. But now I learnt how to use SS and make it non stick from a YouTube video and based on the suggestions I thought I will give it a try with ALDA. And VOILA this is one of the gem of utensils I own in my kitchen. Extremely happy about the purchase. I also have the 16cm egg pan from ALDA which I adore the most. These two look like sisters in my kitchen 🤣🤣I just love them. I don't use NS pans anymore. For deep fries like fish I use my cast iron from Lodge. Could be easily compared to WMF or Kuhn Nikon utensils. I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase.
