I've used them for well over a year, but I'm going to move on to something else. These are good quality, and do deliver the supplements. My issue is despite my best efforts to hydrate, they irritate my urinary tract. I don't know if this is an issue for anyone else, but it's something you cannot ignore. I finally reached the point where I stopped taking them daily, then noticed I'd quit altogether. I most definitely felt different without supplements, so don't doubt their effectiveness. I donated the rest of my supply to a family member, as I'm simply not compatible with some portion of the formulary.

I love this brand of vitamins! I could tell a difference between this an my usual off the shelf store brand. Be forewarned though that they have a strong odor. I feel so much better since switching to this brand that I have learned to ignore it! They work so well for me that I have convinced my husband and grown sons to switch to this brand.
