The media could not be loaded. Good product but delivery was very late it took almost a month

It was a waste of money. Within a month of buying, we found termites in the trays. They had made numerous holes in the tray. Had to throw it out, for the safety of other items in the kitchen.

Delivered on 3nd November, return window closed on 22 nd October October how it possible????
The media could not be loaded. This item i wanted to return back, the quality is very poor and the powerd colour spread every where, no one can use

Don't buy these wooden trays...completely waste of money..there are wooden bugs in these trays..
