According to the Environmental Working Group’s Skin-Deep website, the ingredients in this product total a 1 for few safety concerns. (A 10 rating is the highest score meriting the most significant safety concerns.) The only ingredient for which no data was available on the EWG website was Pomegranate Fruit Extract. I am using the product daily and feel entirely comfortable with the formulation’s safety profile. I have had no breakouts or redness.After two weeks of use, I noticed a slight improvement in dark circles under my eyes and a reduction in fine lines radiating from outside eye corners. I did encounter one issue which caused me to give the product a less than perfect rating. The formulation is very oily, which is no surprise as its mainly composed of oils. This is no problem for my nightly skincare routine because the oil is absorbed overnight. In the morning, however, it’s a different story. The product was incompatible with the concealer and foundation I use. It left a wet-looking sheen on my face. Using a translucent powder on top didn’t work because the powder then became messy. I tried blotting the serum after application but found mascara and eyeliner smudges repeatedly under my eyes throughout the day.Instructions recommend using the serum morning and night, but I found it beneficial to use it only nightly. A little goes a long way. One drop from the eye dropper was enough for both eyes. The product has a good safety rating, is cruelty-free and vegan.

I didn't like the texture of this serum. It's too oily and even though I didn't apply it too close to my eyelids, but just around my eyes, it somehow still got in my eyes. I had to return it. It also didn't really feel moisturizing or helping with fine lines. It didn't seem to absorb well.

Having never used such a product before, I was keen to see what this serum could do for me. As a 40-year-old mother of four, any help I can get in this area, I’ll take!This is surprisingly a good product and one that after a while of using first thing in the morning and just before bed, I am actually starting to see a difference around the eye area.The difference for me is that my eyes seem to be more rested and clearer, hydrated, and healthier than usual. I don’t think you should expect a miracle from this, as you perhaps shouldn’t from any such product, but for me, it does have an effect on brightening the area around my eyes.I’ve may have only been using this for over a week now, but I can see some visible differences - so I can only imagine what keeping it in my usual skin care routine will do in the months to come.What I will say though is that your eye area does tend to look visibly greasy after applying this, which isn’t an issue if you’re heading to bed afterwards! When I apply this in the morning, I have continued to put on my concealer and pressed powder over this and there hasn’t been any issue, so for me this hasn’t been that problematic.The dropper makes this so simple to use and the serum itself does feel nourishing on your skin.In terms of price, I feel this is fair considering how many uses you’ll get from this bottle as you only need one or two drops per eye – a little really does go a long way with this stuff!For a most healthy and natural of skin care products, I really do feel this is a perfect choice and I will most likely continue to buy this when my first bottle has run out.

This is quite runny for a serum so you can't gently massage it around your eyes which is what I like to do. Massage is what improves skin tone and prevent wrinkles more than the product bug using a good product combined with massage is a winning combination. This serum feels nice on your skin and spreads more like a light lotion than a serum.I found it difficult to just use around my eyes because it's too runny so I've been using it all over my face. It absorbs very quickly, as I've already mentioned because it's so runny. Once absorbed I don't notice it's on my skin it's super light and not at all sticky. I've tried to just use it around my eyes but as it's runny I can't just pop a drop or two on yo my finger tips to pat around my eyes then massage in to the eye bone area so I need to put the drops into my palm.It's probably too soon yo say if its making any positive difference, I've not noticed any changes at all. On a positive side it hadn't caused any break outs or bad reactions either. It's not something I'd buy, mostly due to its consistency.

This serum from Skin Superfood contains some really nice ingredients to hydrate, brighten and nurture the skin around your eyes. The main ingredient is pomegranate, which also includes antioxidants such as vitamin C, which can help with signs of ageing and reduce inflammation. Also included are raspberry seed oil and calendula flower extract. These ingredients combine to make a 100% natural, cruelty free, gluten free, vegan product, which is also free from parabens and sulfates.I found this to be a very nice eye serum which did make my skin feel more hydrated. You just need a tiny amount applied to your finger via the dropper and then you apply it to the under eye area and to the eyelids. It is best to use your ring finger as that way it will be more gentle in your application. The serum doesn’t take long to soak into your skin and then you can apply eye cream if you wish, or you may prefer to just use this, it really is down to personal preference. I have used serums that are double the price of this one and to be honest there’s not a lot of difference. I didn’t see any outstanding results but I am a realist and I also know that anything like this would take time, so I haven’t given up hope yet! For right now though, I am happy with this product which is great value.

This smells delightful. I've been using it in addition to my usual skin regime replacing my usual eye serum. It does feel lovely on the skin and sinks in well. I was worried it would feel oily, but it really doesn't. Just a few drops, pat in, and the eye area feels plumped I think is the word. It smells nice too. Great value as you use a few drops and it's under a tenner.

I could not get on with this at all. It's very greasy, and even though I went nowhere near my eye line, the greasy texture meant that with the current heat it ended up getting in my eyes. My eyes became more puffy and irritated. Given it away for someone else to try but with a strong warning.
