Paesano Extra Virgin Olive Oil Organic Bottle 1 Liter (Pack of 3)

Wow. Not your ordinary ole olive oil that we (sometimes mistakenly) think is good for us. This is the real deal. I fight heart disease and inherited cholesterol problems, naturally and successfully and it takes a lot of 'homework'. Using the RIGHT olive oil is important. I've read articles about hype from ordinary brands, jumping on the band wagon based on "olive oil is good for you". But don't be fooled, to get the best health impact you need olive oil that is cold-pressed within hours of harvest, with no chemical treatment or refining, to get the best polyphenol (antioxidant) content. Olive oil not processed in this high fashion is also more acidic and has shorter shelf life. Plus "organic" is important for the same reasons organic is always important. And you can't tell by the price of the olive oil; any company can jack up the price to give the illusion of higher quality. So to maximize the health benefits from my olive oil, I spent a few hours learning from internet searches, narrowed my choices down to a few organic EVOO choices and ultimately selected Paesano. Wow, the taste us unusually full bodied. So not only am I feeling good about making a super healthy choice, but also about the flavor. I just purchased a bottle for Paesano for each of my two adult children so they too can experience the benefit. Highly recommended.

First tried from Costco and it was most incredible olive oil I had ever tasted. Unfortunately, it was a one of and Costco probably will not repeat.What I ordered is not as good and less cloudy. I kept the first bottle and only difference is that the ones I ordered say cold-pressed. Hmmm... thought it would be better. However, the Costco bottled was really cloudy and maybe that makes the difference. It was the food of the gods. Maybe I got lucky and it cannot be repeated. Not sure if one can ask for the cloudiest bottles possible when ordering.

I have come to use this oil for every time I need olive oils. The taste is better, and is organic. I like to make gluten free pancakes using plenty of this olive oil for breakfast sometimes. The pancakes turn out crisp and crunchy on the eges. I added chopped kale in the pancakes and omitted the use of butter and syrup. Without anything, they taste great, but very little amount of worsteshire sauce add nice flavor. Great used in quinoa salad, and other salad dressing mixed with lemons, pomegranate , etc.

My favorite! Tasty and GREEN :) It's the real deal. I've had better oil with even more taste, but only from exclusive private reserves. This is a hundred times better than anything I have so far found available in stores (including specialty stores etc.)

It's not easy to find Organic, Unfiltered, Extra Virgin olive oil at a decent price. The Paesano is a great value and has a smooth taste with a light peppery bite. Good stuff.

I especially like the unfiltered feature that brings extra flavor and a little kick to the oil. I use it a lot and receive it from my kids for birthdays, but I often have to buy extra, and that's what happened this time.

Excellent product. Outstanding flavor aroma and consistency. Far superior to any other you'll find in super market. All others are blended from various countries this is pure Italian from a Sicilian family farm.

The best Olive oil in the world...My god was this the best tasting olive oil in the world.The nutritional profile must be excellent!I would recommend this product to anyone!!
