Works as intended!
This tape is perfect for body composition measurements, particularly skinfold anthropometry. The steel tape means that the tape will not stretch over time ensuring accurate measurements. The space before the zero ensures that you can get the take to lay flat which is also important for accuracy. The only way this could be improved is if there was a way to lock the tape.
