Exactly what I needed and easy glide

On first view the glider hooks seemed smaller and flimsier than my original glider hooks, some were to replace broken ones,but they did fit on the track and glide with the rest of the hooks,only time will tell how long they will last.They were good value.

Instead of investigating why our lounge curtains were running stiff on the track, I resorted to yanking on them just a bit too vigorously - and ended up snapping off three of the plastic glider hooks! 😱 Needless to say, the wife was not impressed when she saw her expensive curtains hanging loose and awkwardly on their track.Our original hooks are a round design, which often means the whole curtain has to be taken off the track to thread new ones on. In contrast, these hooks from Smith’s are rectangular - meaning you just have to turn them 90 degrees to push them into the track gap, then turn them back 90 degrees where they’ll stay nicely in position. So, it literally took me a couple of minutes to replace the three I’d broken, clean the dust out of the track, and apply a little wax to make the gliders run smoothly. I hasten to add that our curtains are heavy and large yet these hooks are more than up to the job of supporting them. So, if you find yourself in a similar position as me and need some new glider hooks, then look no further than these ones from Smith’s. Highly recommended. 👍

Ordered for relatives who don't do the Internet. Arrived super fast and fitted perfectly. What more can I say?!

The curtains haven't fallen down. They slide one way in the morning and go back the other way in the evening. That, in this context, is pretty much the definition of OK.
