Love the seat warmer, night light and water temperature settings. Easy to use however have had to wash more than once to get clean. Still getting used to this thing

Ok, not the cheapest model, but after seeing cheaper, I'm glad I went with this. Without going into too much detail, I'll just say this equipment was needed do to physical limitations after several spinal surgeries. It has all sorts of convenient features like heated water & seat, multiple intensity levels a nightlight and a multifunction remote with mountable holder. A laminated instruction card which includes a suction cup to hang it on, I mounted it on light switch plate.Last butt👀 not least..when I hit the dryer button, that bluster of warm air got me so off guard I giggled. Paper use has been dramatically reduced. Took my son 5 minutes to add a GFI socket by the toilet, great for spare phone charger too. I would highly recommend to anyone with shoulder, neck or back issues. I would definitely buy this product again.

I absolutely love it! Easy to use. Lots of control for temperature and pressure.. for years I would not even consider using one. I finally decided I would and my wife and I absolutely love it…. Our paper use is nearly eliminated.Updated: My wife is handicapped and unfortunately cracked the bidet seat and lid. I was outside the warranty by over 6 months. The company stood behind their product and sent me both at no charge. It is so refreshing to have a company stand behind their product. I rated it 5 stars over a year ago and it holds true today!(Updated 12/22)When I tell you this is a great product.... I ordered a second one for our guest bath and it was delivered today. This is not a cheap run of the mill unit. Paper usage is drastically reduced which is great as I am on a septic system. This thing is sturdy and if an issue come up, I have had nothing but fast courteous response from the seller!

I did alot of internet searching and looked at big-box stores before I pulled the trigger on this. First off I'm a big dude. I'm 6' and weight north of 260#. I was worried this seat wouldnt be sturdy. It is. Second some reviews of other seat said the pressure was too weak for bigger folk. I took the chance. This seat has all the features! Hybrid water heat. I have run two consecutive cycles with water staying warm without a break. The pressure is fine and even better on "intense" you can move the nozzle with the remote to hit all areas. The warm seat and blue LED are nice touches (February in Ohio). The fan is warm and drys adequately. My 7 year old daughter was curious and i showed her the remote with child mode. She is using it now too! Thats some range, big adult like me to tiny seven year old. So far i highly recommend this seat. The only question is longevity. We shall see.*****Update 11/22. Well I guess it was too good to be true. I loved this unit for 9 months. Now for no apparent reason the water heater no longer works. All other functions are working. Im just stuck with cold water. Its not the eco mode or the settings. I tried a hard reboot nothing. We will see whats next

I waited a while after ordering and using to write my review. I can truthfully say this has been a great product. I like the confidence of knowing that I'm not leaving traces of human waste or smell on my body. AND this was certainly a money saver over a bidet. When I replace my toilet upstairs I'm going to order another. The only improvement I could suggest is that the 'bidet' extension would extend a little further.

We ran into a little snag with the operation of the unit. We called IVYEL and they immediately tried to resolve the issue over the phone. They had me try a few simple things to reset the unit. It didn't work. They generated a packing slip to me to send the unit back. We sent the unit back. They fixed the unit and sent it back. It works perfectly. It took a total of five days from the problem to the reinstallation. They treated us with courtesy and respect. Well worth the purchase.

I was a little worried about buying this bidet, because there were no reviews when I bought it. But the other Ivyel models got good reviews, so i decided to buy it and I’m glad i did! I’ve never use a bidet before, but I’ve heard good good things about it, so I gave it a try. I must say the warm seating feature is awesome! You can adjust the water/seat temperature and the nozzle position to your preference, or liking. I got this model for intensive cleaning, and it works as advertised. The only downside is that the air dryer takes a really long time to dry everything completely…but it seems like all bidets work similarly according to my friends. It’s definitely money well spent, and I would totally buy another one if I had another bathroom.
