Very comforting in a migraine attack
I felt a migraine attack starting yesterday. Normally I use the eye masks, but recently they haven’t been doing as much for me, so I ordered this to come asap today. Stuck it in the freezer for an hour. The first thing you notice is the weight. Migraine sufferers will know that a bit of weight/ pressure on the pain is a godsend. You slide the cap over your head and eyes easily enough, plenty of room for adult size heads. The ice gel squares can be moved around in the lining to hit the pain points - I had cold on my left eye, right cheek, round the back of my skull. It felt AMAZING! The black fabric is thick enough to put your eyes into darkness while you rest. So glad I got this now. Was a real comfort this afternoon while the meds kicked in. Worth the extra pennies on top of the usual masks if you are a regular sufferer.

Soothing, comfy but no storage bag
I was quite surprised how much I like this product. It fits me well and I would say my head is quite average. Better still, you can move it around to hit the 'hot' spots. Can wear it covering or not covering the eyes but it isn't practical to to wear with glasses.It did not come with a bag though and definitely needs to be contained in plastic in the freezer to stop it getting wet and smelly. The instructions say it can be hand-washed which I hope is successful.

It helped
I get a lot of migraine headaches, some lasting for a few days. I tried this, in conjunction with my medication, and it definitely helped. I used a cold cloth before, but getting up and down to rinse it cool again just made me worse. This stays cool for a while.As it covers your eyes, it helps with light sensitivity. Still need a dark room as some light does get in.

Works wonders!
I suffer with chronic migraines and whilst I am on prevention medication, some still get through. This has helped a lot since I used to just hold an ice pack on my head. It can be slightly uncomfortable at first until the ice starts to break down but I love it and fully recommend it 👌
