I was using another brand with 3mg of boron. As do many, many supplements, it had magnesium stearate which is used to help the machine make the capsules but not so great for humans. Since this is a higher dose and no magnesium stearate, I decided to switch.The capsule size is fairly small and about the same size as the other brand. It has a lot of air in it. I wondered if it really has the amount of supplement it is claimed to have. But the vendor specifically says that the capsule isn't full because they don't use fillers. I'm going to assume that the vendor makes it correctly.Since I started taking boron, I noticed my knees have not been hurting any. Don't know if just coincidence or not, but I'll take it.

I intuitively knew I needed to take more boron as I have been dealing with some dysbiosis type issues in my lower systems. I have been taking boric acid here and there but not when taking this. I took this for a few weeks, and I felt improvement in my body, however, it made too much of my hair fall out and I had to stop. This is actually pretty common and I read a lot about it and was aware of it. I felt like I got what I needed, but I just don't need to lose any more hair. I tend to have this problem a lot and have noticed certain things make my hair fall out in wads. I also noticed the same when I was taking boric acid supplements for vaginal issues. I did not put two and two together until I read about it and once I stopped the hair loss stopped. I will now focus on eating foods that have high amounts of this in instead.

I bought this to make my magnesium glycinate more absorbable and aid sleep. I have been very pleased with the results and would recommend this product as an add-on to your magnesium.

It doesn't do anything to improve my skin

My friend found this video by Dr. Jorge Flechas regarding boron (you should search it out as I do not believe I can post the link here). After watching it and listening to his information, I had to search it out. It is hard to find one that has a higher mg, but I thought this one fit the bill. I could work my way up to his recommended dosage. In the US, our soil is quite depleted of boron which cause lead to a multitude of health issues. If you look at the research, there are places with much higher levels in their soil (thus their food) who don't have the incidents of certain health issues that is in the US.That being said, I am really happy with this specific brand. The ingredients list (of other ingredients) was minimal and not filled with a bunch of fillers, and the price per dosage is very reasonable. I think the boron has been helpful to me in regards to neurological symptoms and even physical. If you want to give boron a try yourself, I would definitely recommend purchasing this brand. It was just under 20 bucks when I purchased (for frame of reference), and this was a good deal per my research in comparison of other boron supplements that did not have a bunch of fillers.
