For me Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is just so wise and great man. How could I give less than 5 stars. There are no stars in this universe that would be enough to describe him! Great breathing technics at Art of living. Check it out!

A very lucid and simply written narrative which provides a very succinct insight into both the foundation as well as Sri Sri !!

If you want to know about the Art of Living organization, that the book. No sugar coating. As for swami Ravi Shankar, I met him many years ago. Great man of God. and on its way to sainthood, displaying joy all along and staying above the egos of his followers.Too bad groopies and organization add titles like Sri Sri and our Holiness... just ego stuff. Nice read and very well written.

A concise yet comprehensive book about the Indian Guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar - his life, unique approach, teachings, and the Art of Living (AOL) / Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY) method that he has created to help people live a happy and fulfilling life within the context of society and family life. The book also includes results of scientific studies on the efficacy of this system, interviews with diverse people on their experiences, stories of healing,miracles, social and charity initiatives and other stories that give insight on how the AOL/SKY organization works. Highly recommended.

I chose this rating because the guru is God's pipeline for golden nuggets of wisdom. Always a new eye opening truth.

A book that started of by making me nauseous, its very sugary and seems a bit brainwashed. The more I read the less negativity I felt, I remembered how it is in India, how people trust their guru without any criticism, and I even wanted to go to Bangalore to try out The Art of Living course. But after sending two emails asking for the price and other questions about accomodation and getting back very vague answers I gave up, for now at least. Maybe I will give it a try some day again, but this book is unfortunately not anything I recommend to anyone, only good thing about it was the price.

I have recently attended The Happiness Program through the Art if Living. And I wanted to learn more about Sri Sri I haven't finished the book but am enjoying every word. Amazing individual who is a gift to us all
