Pros and Cons
Pros:I liked the variety of colors, types of ink and the packaging (once I got used to it). Its easiest to only unfold two then flip it over when you need to. It would be better if they all came apart, as long as there is an easy way to keep them all together when they are stored.Cons:The tips are too fine for my liking. I had to go over and over the area that I was filling in. I realize they're pens not markers but I had to use more strokes than my last set, which were also gel pens. I bought these particilar ones for the variety of the types of ink and variety of colors. I did notice, in the reviews, that people commented that the variety of colors was redundant but wasn't concerned about that since the repeats are in a variety of ink types and I might not want to use a glitter red in a mainly fluorescent colored picture.I had a major problem with the light pink. The ink didnt flow steady left dark spots in areas. Recoloring those areas, in a darker shade, didnt help. I was VERY disappointed in the results.I thought the comments about the lids not matching the actual color, were nit pickey but it does matter because you to have to test each pen you use if you have a particular shade in mind.I don't consider my purchase a waste because of the variety and so far the light pink is the only color that has disappointed me.I dont have much artistic ability so if you're an artist or very picky, these may not be the right ones for you.It also bugs me that each pen is only half full but I think that could be the norm.Overall, although my review seems mostly negative, I was satisfied, for the most part and have no regrets about my purchase.

Great Pens and Great Customer Service!
These pens are fantastic! The colors are bright and have enough variation that it's almost overwhelming. The moment they arrived, I wanted to start coloring. The ink flows easily and the point size is perfect for even the tiniest of nooks and crannies. The glitter pens have enough shimmer to make them look magical without overwhelming the actual color of the ink. I will say that some of the regular pens have a very wet ink, and tend to create an almost watercolor effect. I'm not complaining, as it just adds to the image, but it is something to watch for. That being said, the ink doesn't bleed through the pages in my coloring books. You might see some bleeding on very thin paper, but I could barely see anything coming through even regular printer paper.I also want to add that the Tadkin Customer Service is really awesome. My original order was stolen (along with a few other packages I'd ordered), and I reached out to them for a possible refund or replacement. I ended up missing their reply (stupid spam folder...) and, since I was stuck at home with a broken ankle and was craving some stress-reduction in the form of coloring, I just ordered another set. Low and behold, I find their reply a day after the second order arrived. Unlike most of the other companies I reached out to, they were still happy to provide a replacement at no cost! There is nothing better than a great product produced and sold by a great company. I look forward to doing more business with Tadkin for my future art projects!*EDIT*My replacement set arrived faster than expected, and now my wife is gleefully using it to color as well. I just finished my first project, and I included two images. You can see the differences in the hues based on how the light reflects off of the glitter and metallic sheens.

Lots of colors but...
I was impressed with the looks of this gel pen set. There are a lot of pens in a variety of colors, the ink flows well, and the plastic sleeves they come in are all connected to fold up neatly for compact storage and carrying. I like to do adult coloring for relaxation and this is the first time I invested in anything beyond colored pencils. My only complaint is that the pigments in the ink don't match the colors indicated by the color of the plastic on the outside of the pens. What appears to be a bold primary red according to the color of the outside of the pen is actually a dull brown when you write or color with it. Keep some scrap paper handy to test them before you color.

Overall Great, Quantity over Quality
Overall, I am satisfied with them. However, many of them don't really want to write and take ages to get to actually work. There are a few that aren't on this test because they wouldn't even begin to write. With the quantity of pens at this price, it's expected to have some that have issues. I added on my pen test to help others decide if this is the right product for them.

Gel Pens
I like having such a huge selection of colors. Overall this set of gel pens is ok. One issue is almost half of them seem slightly dry or the tip doesn't let an even flow of gel thru for a smooth application. And that's a bummer. But I really like the ones that do work and I especially like the glittery pens.

While the colors and color options are great the pens really didn't work
Had to return these because it seemed the pens were very old. While the colors and color options are great the pens really didn't work. Ink was hard to start and then continued to come and go. All the pens also had air bubbles in the ink tubes. Really disappointed in this product as they were a Christmas gift for my mom. Would actually love to have another set if they were fresh and worked properly.Update: Wrote to the company about the issue and they were quick to send a new set. Great customer service will always bet out inconvenience and I’m very appreciative to the company for that. The new set seems to be working better and didn’t require as much scribbling before they wrote well. Could just be a placebo of having a different set but either way it helped!
