kenwood KDC165U CD Receiver

This was one of the best things I've purchased in a while! The price is incredibly low. The installation is simple. And, the functionality is amazing. I'm playing mp3 from about 32 albums on a 32GB flash drive. No more disc swapping, skipping, etc. And, the display can be changed to show album, song, folder, etc.

Great stereo. Especially the price. I reccomed this.

A great Head unit. It's a simple looking face design (with only one color mode) with a lot of audio adjustments. The sound quality is better compared to the O.E.M stereo. Would defiantly recommend.

easy install, arrived on time works great in my 1996 ford f 150 no special install kit

So far, so good. This replaces an older Kenwood that had the AUX input munched when something hit the cord plugged into it.Went in easy, standard interface (the adapter plug for the old Kenwood fit this one) and the sound is pretty good. Little heavy on bass and I'm still working on getting the exact settings I want. The radio is much better than my old Kenwood but still not perfect. Little fuzzy out in the sticks where I live, but part of that could easily be the wire on glass antenna in my Subaru.I downchecked it one star for one thing: not the display, but the LEDs are BRIGHT!!! If they were blue, like the old unit, it'd be unusable. Fortunately, they're red, so they're easier to ignore than the blue at night.Oh... and if you want to crank it up? Go right ahead. Sound is very nice and the bass does NOT distort.

Great stereo! Best Aux/USB unit for the money. Much cheaper than Crutchfield. I was at the checkout on Crutchfield and opened a new tab to Amazon to find it so much cheaper! Thank you!

CD player in it is junk skips get stuck, never buy again!
