**Q: What is lb test of snap that attaches the hook ?.**
A: 50# I switched to 100# it got a little bent with the size fish I was catching.

**Q: How do you put it on**
A: Thread it through the proper squid body. Very simply done.

**Q: 1.5oz seems a bit light if im fishing for rockfish at 100ft~?**
A: Yes too light.

**Q: Salt water casting bates or trolling for kayaking**

Update:  would give five stars, but it took 41 days from the time the order was placed till I receiving the correct item.Ordered the 1.5oz and received the .75oz  with no way to contact seller for return.  Already had several .75oz.Work great with squid.
