LOVE IT!
This is a great juicer at a great price. Powerful, does a great job, easy to clean. I use it everyday, multiple times. Bought the green/white model which looks cool. Comes with a scrubber and pour cup. Couple suggestions. Scrub the juice filter after every use, otherwise it's hard to clean. Line the "catch all" container with a baggie before using. There are little slits on the side and its so powerful you'll have carrot shreds spitting at you unless you line it. But woohoo I love this and you can't beat that price.

Love it! Competes with more expensive juicers
Awesome juicer!! I have the breville juicer back at home, the one over $100.. this hamilton beach juicer works just as well!! And its way cheaper price..its great quality, the consistency of the shredded veggies or fruit is pretty dry, so it juices great! The only negative thing is that it doesn’t bring a container or bowl for the juice, but for the price and how greatly it does its job you can improvise with what you got at home.. as with any juicer ita preferrable to clean instantly.. i totally rexommend it

Although I like juicing, I'm returning it
Although I like juicing, I'm returning it. I used to make a lot of juice, back in the day. My roommate had a fancy juicer in our apartment, and everyday I used it. I bought this one, hoping I could get back into the routine of getting my vegetable nutrients, but it's not the same. I've only used it twice, so my list is quite short, but maybe someone might take advantage of my experience. It's not a bad juicer! It's just definitely not for me. There's too much pulp leftover, and I have no use for it, unfortunately, so I feel like it's wasteful.PROS:1. I like how convenient it is when it actually comes to GETTING the juice. Just put your glass under the spouter (or whatever it's called), and - presto! - juice comes out, rather than it being poured into some bucket and THEN pouring the juice in a glass. Cut out the middle man, you know?2. Very easy to clean. Just rinse it and be on your way - I believe it's also dishwasher safe, but I haven't tested this theory, nor will I ever test it (don't feel comfortable enough!).3. You can see the juice actually being made! It's cool to see the chopper thing working.4. Quite small and doesn't keep that much space; very easy to move around.CONS:1. I feel like it doesn't produce that much juice as it should. It produces a lot of pulp, but not enough juice. I feel like I put it in the same amount of veggies and fruits as I did with the other juicer I used to use, and yet I don't get the same amount of juice. It only fills half a glass.2. It spits out pulp on the sides. There's pulp flying out of the juicer! One little hole from the pulp section - that's where they come out of. It's very strange and irritating.

Some notes and thoughts on my first juicing
I was perhaps more intimidated by this juicer than by my Instant Pot. Fortunately, both turned out happy-ever-after. For the juicer:- Prepping ~2.5-3 lbs veggies & fruit was pretty easy. I washed some items with a wash product (also first time) and liked it. Some items were purchased for this, others using up stuff in the fridge (one of my primary reasons for buying the juicer). Included: roma tomatoes, carrots, hothouse cucumber, celery, red bell pepper, red jalapeno, lime, kale, onion, apple, maybe a couple other tidbits.- Turned the juicer on—then quickly off. So loud! Stuffed some veggies in and turned it back on. The world exploded! At least, the juicer did. Okay not literally. Just the veggies. Fortunately, I had my hand over the chute. And for all the sturm und drang, very little escaped the various seams (not for lack of trying). Note to self: next time, put the plunger in place before turning the juicer on.- Finished volume was ~1 qt juice. (Leftover sludge also ~1 qt. No wonder some people use it for a soup base. Next time I'm going to try running it through a second time, and consider using what's left in a bread recipe.) Tasted it, decided the sweetness of the apple needed the balance of a pinch of salt and the potency of the veg would profit from a dash of cinnamon. Tried it and declared the results very good. Veeerry good. I now have veggie breath, with multiple flavors competing for top honors. In a good way, I must add.- Cleanup is what will perhaps keep me from daily use, though not turn me off completely. Not difficult, but time consuming when I just wanted to drain the pitcher into my mouth. I used a bottle brush IMMEDIATELY on the reaming device and it worked like a charm. But I can't imagine how one would cope after letting it sit or just putting it in the dishwasher. Even right away, it needed careful scrubbing, as rinsing didn't make a dent in the layer of imbedded fibers. And the top and sludge bin needed more than a quick rinse. Other than that, though, the base and the counter were easy to wipe, and since there's no grease involved, the cutting board, bowls, and utensils only took a quick rinse. Probably took me 10 minutes total.- Bottom line, this unit is a good value for trying out juicing. If you're juicing for one person, it may be all you ever need. If you have a family or are into healthy eating, it's a good gateway while you decide what more expensive juicer is right for you.

High-Five
Many years ago....when the 'Juice Man' first came on the scene, I bought a juicer much like this. I had it for years and used it most every day, and it never failed me. Life happens, and fast forward many years later; I decided to buy another juicer. My sister spent a few hundred dollars on a juicer that seemed to me to be illogical and a complete waste of money. I wanted simple and cost-effective - then I came across this on Amazon amongst all the high-priced juicers. This was familiar, so I bought it. It did not disappoint. I love it and use it almost every day. It's basic and does what it is supposed to do at a fraction of the high-priced gadgets that never work as well as they promise. I have no problem with clean up either. This comes with a brush for for the filter (my...very...old one did not); but, I just use the knife I cut the fruits/vegitables with to scrape the sides, then brush the rest off...it's not a big deal. Since I cannot compost where I am, I dump the solids in the sink, spray water on it, then pick up what won't go down the drain....it's not that much.
