I used to bake a similar coffee cake to this, but I think this is really as good as my homemade one! Or almost! Kind of pricy, but such a wonderful treat. I freeze some of it and eat it very slowly. Will order again.....life is short....eat dessert first!!

I sent this cake as a Christmas gift to two siblings and their spouses, my niece and her husband, and my parents. The response was overwhelming! They all spent a nice Christmas Eve together and apparently "My Grandmas Choco!ate Chip Coffee Cake" was the subject that everyone wanted to discuss. I'm so pleased they loved this cake so much, and couldn't give it a stronger recommendation!! Delicious.
