This flagpole side mount stainless steel holder is incredible. It is both beautiful and strong. It sure beats the aluminum pole holder I had hands down, or thumbs down to the cast aluminum holder that tore in half in the last windstorm we hsd.It may be possible for a very very strong wind to pull the wood screws out of what you screw them into. If you have powerful winds I suggest 1/4 inch through bolts with a triangular head.

Sturdy and polished look. Expensive but for me, it’s worth not having to deal with replacing the aluminum brackets over and over.

This is the solid base my heavier flag pole required. And it doesn't hurt that it looks good.

The cement screws that were provided in the kit did not work and I had to make a separate trip to the hardware store to find something similar in size to fit the hole that was already drilled. Don’t use the cement screws provided.

When this bracket arrives to your home you will see that it clearly says "MADE IN CHINA" even though it say USA on the face of the product. I feel its trickery!!!It does appear to be made nicely however I thought spending this much money for a bracket to support a US flag was OK because at least it was made un the "USA" . I felt it was made in the USA because it says USA right on the front of the bottom of the bracket and in the amazon websit it says :Flag Pole Holder, 316 Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Concrete Flag Pole Mount for House Outside, USA Wall Brick Flag Pole Bracket, 1 Inch"I feel most people would believe that its made in the good ol USA not CHINA! Real slick!Also I am going to find a way to check if this product is made using very expensive "316 Stainless Steel as it has the word "Concrete" in the description however the way its worded it looks as if it's designed to be installed on concrete. But now I aint sure????
