Great paring knives - sharp, easy to handle, and lightweight. Love the colors and wood handles.

I have been very satisfied with these knives. They are reasonably priced and so far I have not had any problems with them. I like the different wood colors and they have not faded even though I put them in the dishwasher.

My review comes secondhand but word is that these knives are very nice. The colored handles were requested and, after reading about the type of wood, I chose these over plastic handled knives. The quality was remarked upon and the feel of them too. I could tell they were a hit.

I cut up veggies the old fashion way and so does my daughter-in-law. She has small hands. All the handles that I havelooked at and held were very cumbersome and too big. This is the smallest that I have been able to find.These are sharp and I am getting used to them, however, I still wish the old "EKCO" paring knives were stillbeing made. The handles on them were not fat! They always get rid of the stuff that works. I do like the Opinel.

As a knife aficionado & previous user of l'econome knives, these Opinel knives are in the same class.

These knives are great little paring knives, this is my second set

I have used these for years and love them. I try to have a supply so I can give them as gifts. Everyone who receives one loves it!

Love them . Bought the first one in Paris about20 years ago. Love them because they are sharp and the blade is extremely thin...great for paring and for peeling. I am on my second isn't. They seem to last for about 10 years.

Hübsche und schnitthaltige Messer für feine Küchenarbeiten, man braucht sie einfach dauernd und freut sich, daß es gleich vier sind. Sind auch gut nachzuschärfen und bereiten als Geschenk viel Freude. Eine bunte Abwechslung zu den üblichen Messern und wirklich scharf.Nicht in die Spülmaschine tun und nicht länger nass liegen lassen- dann hat man sehr lange Freude dran, unsre haben wir über vier Jahre und die hier sind ein Geschenk.

Un juego de cuchillos muy majo, con los mangos de madera teñida de varios colores. Son, quizás un poco pequeños para usar en la cocina, pero perfectos para la mesa. Cortan muy bien.
