Really Nice!
Bought two Hon Volt chairs, one to replace and one additional. Was looking for an additional mat to protect hardwood floor and saw these casters. Decided to buy two sets and see if I could eliminate floor mats completely. And YES! I could. Installed these roller blade style casters and they are perfect. Roll with ease, no need to have a mat since casters are non-marking and easy on wood. Perfect fit on the Volt, too. And no more chair mats! Quiet, too!

These are quiet and work well without allowing any damage to the floor.
These caster wheels installed very quickly and fit a Herman Miller Aeron chair quite well. The wood floor benieth the rollers shows no adverse wear and tear after a few weeks of use. I have noticed that the wheels will occasionally catch and keep me from wheeling the chair around but this may be a problem with all caster wheels and not particular to this product. I'll try some oil to see if it makes them swivel with less resistance.It's nice to be rid of that hard plastic floor mat that's been under my chair and feet for too many years now.

AWESOME PRODUCT.
I ordered these from amazon as a damaged box Item. The casters themselves were in perfect condition. The box was, as ordered, Destroyed. Amazon placed them in an Amazon box sealed and Bubble wrapped. I ordered these for my new chair but my wife liked them so much that she took them and I had to order more for me. They roll GREAT, Smooth, Quiet. We can now just give the chair a little nudge and it will roll all across my kitchen. These are amazing! We have our office in our kitchen and I am always in there so these will keep the floor from getting ripped up. They do raise the chair up a little bit but it is still perfect.

Terrible cheap and dangerous wheels.
These are cheap junk wheels. a little over a month of ownership one wheel broke off and caused me to hit the floor bruising my elbow. See pictures. The floor is on hardwood flooring with no obstacles. I weigh 275 and am 6' 2" tall. I warn you if your a larger person do not buy these cheap wheels. And forget about contacting the seller, Impossible to find their email address.

BEST CASTERS EVER
These casters are the BEST!!! In fact, I liked them so much, I just ordered another set. These casters are extremely smooth rolling and have no problem with "binding up" when I change directions. They roll so smoothly and free that they probably should have come with brakes!!! It doesn't make any difference what type of flooring your chair is on, these casters get the job done. I now have them on my office chair at home and my 2 shop stools in the garage. FANTASTIC!!!

Don't Buy these Casters.
Purchased these in Oct 2016. It is now Jan 2018 and the barrings in the casters froze and then caster broke severely damaging my hardwood floors. The break occurred at the barrings which left a sharp steel piece sticking down.I can't recommend this product

Good concept but quality is questionable.
I put these on my office chair as soon as they arrived. I was so excited to not have to fight my own chair! They work great HOWEVER, this week I started to find ball bearings on my floor and when I tipped my chair up to see if I could figure out the problem, I received a flood of bearings out of the wheels and all over my floor. Now I am replacing my chair wheels for the second time in less than a year.

These smooth wheels are perfect for my new flooring
Worth the cost of upgrade from those double roller replacement sets. These smooth wheels are perfect for my new flooring. I bought the inexpensive ones but returned after looking at them. Their supposedly floor safe wheels had exposed sharp edges on them. After investing in new floors do your self a favor and get these instead of those bargain ones.
