Sharpie Fine Point Permanent Marker Metalic Color Pack of 4

I have used non-metallic sharpies for years in my profession and have to say that previous reports of these being dried-out when straight out of the packet were true for me (the copper one was completely unusable) and that, though I was VERY quickly sent a replacement pack, the others only lasted one evening and about 10 signatures (DVD signing) per pen (with the silver one failing five signatures in). Good enough price, and good customer service (do report them as being faulty as you ought not have to put up with faulty goods!) but apparently not really worth it if you need them to work for more than one day. :( I was just lucky that I had three with me (the copper one from the replacement pack) on the night, and only needed them for that.

Oh wow fantastic.I use these for 'painting' metallic details on miniatures for warhammer and d&d. The quality of the ink in these is far better than most metallic miniature paints, and they have better value for money.The gold is especially great as gold paints often tend to be too yellow, this pen offers a much less agressive gold, creating in my oppinion a superior effect.The silver is very bright, making it stand out strong against a dark background. It's bright colour also makes it a great choice for highlighting darker silver metalics.The blue is a lovely midnight metallic blue, offering a deep blue colour with a crisp metallic finish.The red is a pink mixed with crimson, and offers a very interesting colour. It has a great shine to it but overall it is the weakest of the four.

There isn't much I can say about Sharpie that hasn't already been said but as expected, these were brilliant. I used them for detailing on art projects but also for spicing up birthday cards and general use when I wanted to.They lasted an amazingly long time and where not transparent at all (right until the very end of their life). They're versatile and long-wearing and I would recommend them to anyone.There are definitely brands out there that have similar quality for a cheaper price and it's always good to support smaller businesses, but if you want reliability and someone you know will be good quality, go for this.

While I'm sure the Sharpies will work wonderfully, they always do. I did not get as shown.The photo clearly shows a blister pack with 3 Sharpies, but they came loose in a bag. As I had bought as part of a present I had selected these as they had the packaging, not just the pens.Disappointed, but too late to replace for Christmas, so I'll have to make do.

Ordered these pens for my partner to use on his Warhammer models, and overall he's very happy with them.The inks are free-flowing, opaque and very metallic with great coverage, and the pens don't exude a strong odor or fumes that would inhibit usage. The quality is the typical high standard that you can expect of Sharpie; only time will tell how long they will last!Very good deal for the cost, would definitely buy again for the same use or for Christmas card writing, arts and crafts.
