Perfect for a coconut sweet treat
Was looking for an organic sweet treat and this works. They do stick together. I put them in the refrigerator because they are slightly moist. Very low carb, strong coconut taste. I didn't detect any vanilla. I think they are on the expensive side so this would not be a regular purchase for me. I paired them with organic Vita Coco Milk, which comes in a BPA-free Tetra Pak and is also low calorie and low carb and tastes great; that milk brand is a regular staple for me.

Great flavor but not for the caloric conscious
Tastes fantastic, but the serving is one. Who eats a single cookie (about the size of a scallop) and says “okay I’m satisfied”?? Not I, the glutton. If you want to eat a lot of sweets in one sitting that won’t ruin your caloric deficit, look elsewhere. But if you don’t care about that stuff, BUY IT!!

Worth the price?
The media could not be loaded. So I paid $15 for this little 6oz bag, was supposed to get two as it days in the description or I wouldn't have even thought about it.They are small, and the taste is just like macaroons but a more crumbly texture. It says soft and chewy, it wasn't chewy. It was soft and on the dry side, which is why the crumbles.I definitely prefer the cheaper, Chewier, softer macaroons that u get fresh from the local grocery bakery.
