Not very easy
I am of a very larger frame and once I figured out how to get it in the right position, I needed to adjust the straps and from then on it was not a good item. The straps lost their memory and the plastic holders that I needed to secure the straps would not keep them secure. What I found out was I was going to need large safety pins and then have someone use their sewing machine to keep the straps from loosening up. Not very well designed.

Well made the additional clip on the back makes it easy to put on. Spreads the load between both shoulders
