I really wish the story would have ended here
This would have been a perfect ending. So often, authors try for that last book and really mess the story up. I'll try the fifth, but I'll need a break before I do. Standalones are so satisfying. Duologies are great. Trilogies are acceptable if the books are really necessary. By book four, I'm losing interest. So... We'll see how book give goes I guess.

It Was Alright
*****Spoilers*****The best thing about this book is that Lera pulls Tye in where his feelings had begun to make him feel less than. Lera has a lot of interaction with Tye's tiger and his fearful though I didn't really understand why most of the time since in previous interactions, the tiger hadn't shown anything to her besides some affectionate licks. But Tye was also really worried since he wasn't as connected to his tiger and his awareness was minimal in his animal form. Together, Lera and quint take down River's father, the whole time I wonder why they're the only ones tapped to save the world since there are other quints out there. Lera dies as a mortal and returns to life as a fae during the final battle where the combined magic of the quint overwhelms her as it does every time she'd tried in the past, only this time she pours the magic into a symbiotic flower that absorbs magic before her third magical blast can kill her and the rest of the quint. Can't help but be a little disappointed in this book, it was mostly blah I thought when it came to the plotting against River's father, traveling to different places, and then Tye and Lera were alone because the others were taken along with River, part of his father's plan to use River to open a portal for his dark world king ally. There were good things but the book missed the reveal as to Lera's fae powers.

I read the whole series in two days
Okay I have to admit that I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I got the first book of this series. Though to be honest I don't feel like it is a series but rather one long book broken up into four parts that I had to pay for four times to get to the end of the story. Not fair. As a reader of fantasy I thought the world building was excellent and since I like romance I enjoyed the combination, though sometimes I wondered if there was a story going on or it was just a device to move through the romance/sex stuff. As someone who is not really a reader of romance novels or reverse harem novels, I swear, I was kind of annoyed by the fact that Lera seemed to be almost without agency. Yes she got them into trouble a few times by taking on challenges or making decisions by herself, but the minute any of the guys were in the room she became utterly powerless and just let them do whatever they liked to her to the point that she was constantly picked up and carried and moved around like a doll or a toddler. I managed to put it out of my mind most of the time that these guys were supposed to be 500 years old but thier personalities certainly didn't reflect it and just imagine if they had looked thier age? Ugh. There was also a constant throwing around of things they had been doing or not doing for 300 years that made it sound like a few years or months. That is a considerable chunk of time. I kept wondering how they were going to figure out the group thing. On the one hand they were constantly portrayed as territorial and possessive, then give minutes later totally fine with her being with another guy. I don't know. I have several issues with the whole scenario but I still enjoyed the book/s.

finally!
This series is good. Characters are broody and well developed. They play off each other well. It takes until book 4 before any real RH scenes happen.

It gets better
Dang, the ending bumped the rating up to an overall epic adventure of sex and danger and drama and fantasy living. I had a lot more fun with this because everyone's about figured out where they settle into each other and the bad guy's about to be dealt with. Some parts dragged for me when they probably didn't for others but the more terrifying aspects definitely kept my butt in place. The sex was pretty hot. Again, she's a little too aggressive without any inner monologue to guide me into her reasoning but that's a personal opinion considering how much more relatable other cautious heroines are. Which is part of Lera's charm for me.I thought this was the last book but I'm happy it's not.

Entertaining and Captivating
I enjoyed this book tremendously. This one had so many heart stopping moments and the steam was hot enough to set the sheets on fire. I believe this is the end of the Lunos saga of the series and the rest continue with the same characters but in the mortal world. So kind of like a sequel. Looking forward to reading it too.

Enjoyable read with interesting characters.
This review is about the whole series more than the individual book, which makes sense (at least to me) since there is no way anyone who hadn't read the previous books would be able to understand what was going on.I've really enjoyed being in Lera's world. The magic and how it worked was an interesting idea, not just the normal. The way Lera changes as a person throughout the series makes her a strong character and because of this now things return out make sense.***Spoilers***Some of the ways parts of her harem interacted with her did make me mad at points which is why I've given it a 4* not 5* especially Cole. I felt like his issues with Lera were never really resolved and she seemed to just accept that.. yes he has a dark past but I felt like they never really reached a point where he had allowed her in. This was a minor issue however and I would still recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a steamy RH read.

What was this book
Omg, my adrenaline never let up. I devoured this book! Everything in it was amazing, since the quint leaving the citadel to the last chapter. Chapter 55 has nothing on this book's ending! I can't wait to see where their bond goes!

Wow!
I loved the last book of the series. It explains any loose ends the other books had. Tyes story is told and time spent with Tye was well worth it. I'm only slightly disappointed that Shade didn't have his own point of view but I guess it's because we know Shade is her mate and his thoughts are said aloud. River seems to chill out and become more open, Coal..well he's just Coal but Alex does an amazing job at showing us his inner self and his feelings on Lera. Lera comes into her own and it's amazing over all the books how her character becomes more confident with the help of the love of her mates. I would sneak off to read bits and pieces again after fully reading this. I would say one of the best series I've read. The writing is great and gets you hooked from the beginning.

Excellently written amazing reads.
Your books are really good, but seriously, can't you wait until they are all complete before releasing them? I read 2 last year, and was so disappointed that 2 more were not yet released. I've had to read the bloody lot again to remember the story. Do you honestly think readers eagerly await your next release? I must have read a hundred books since last year, so, no way can I recall the first 2 books I read in this collection. Ignore your editing company trying to drip release your work and think like a reader, after all it is us who purchase your books.
