It’s good
It’s fine for me. I use it for my back and so far it’s good. It doesn’t completely take away the pain but it eases it a little.

An ok device
The size is not very practical. Either too big for the arm use or too small for the leg part! The vibration power is very strong hut didn't do much.

Thumbs up!
Relax and save your dough. A personal trainer at a gym I frequent suggested HyperIce brand for a massage ball AND fitness roller. Those were expensive suggestions, and this being my first foray into the world of personal massage products, I did further research into what one should expect from (and pay for) said products. So far, and as many other reviewers have said, this peanut shaped gem does an excellent job of meeting expectations of both ball and roller and at a fraction of the cost. The 4 settings more than meet my needs for a gentle relaxation session or an aggressive - vibrate the whole house - deep tissue session. If you have hardwood floors as I do, you'll need a pad or thick carpet (or both) to minimize the vibrating of the whole house. I wasn't joking about that. Other than that, I think you'll enjoy the immediate benefits and cost savings as soon as you use it for the first time.

Worth the price - great quality and long battery life
I love this thing. I showed it to my massage therapist and she thought it was great so she bought one for herself! It is very sturdy. I've stood on it (I'm 145 pounds) even. I use it in bed to hit certain tight areas. It is great rolling on the legs and spine. I've dropped it a few times and it survived (yay). No I pack it on plane trips to use underneath my knees to prevent lymph build up and on my back to release tension. The only problem is that the TSA in US airports needed to search the bag once because they didn't know what it was. HA!The best parts are:1. Battery lasts a very long time, so I only have to charge it every few days and it lasts seemingly more than a 6 hour plane ride without needing to recharge.2. It is very sturdy3. I like the variable speeds4. Ten minute timer is perfect5. My husband gets some vibratory relaxation benefit in bed even if I'm using it :)5. The VIBE I feel AFTER it stops is awesome and is great for "meditation" in stillness.I highly recommend it. Great product. Worth the price. I think I'll get my mom one too...Dr. Karen Kan
