For the price I give it 5 stars. My daughter is about to turn 7, she is average weight and a tad taller than average, I ordered the medium and it worked great. It is a little loose but the small would have been too small. She loves it. Cute little belt and tie around the hat. The hat was a little snug but I expected that since she has a bigger head.

I actually really liked this costume. The small fits my 35 lb, 40" tall 4-year-old almost perfectly, just a touch big (but in a totally workable way. It's the perfect style for a Wicked Witch of the West, and comfortable for all evening.Two things affected my rating. 1) the hat is seriously small. Granted, my kid has a not-small head for her size, but I assumed since she's on the lower size range for the S we'd be okay. Unless your kid has a small head for their age, plan to get another hat. 2) the sleeve has a sewing defect. I can fix it myself, but that's really annoying for a brand new costume.If I didn't like it so much I'd probably have given it 1 or 2 stars for the defect. That's really frustrating, especially when ordering something online.

This was a huge hit for Halloween. We were trying to find a simple, old-fashioned, basic witch costume. My 6 year old does not need to look like she's 16, much less 26. Nor does she need to be a witch princess with a ridiculous tutu. This came and it exceeded our expectations. The dress has puffed sleeves and the belt has nice detailing. My daughter beamed and was the most adorable witch ever. Great buy.

The 4 fit my average 5 year old and was just a little short. Unfortunately the hat was way too small, so will have to return.

Darling! I love the classic look of this costume. I wanted a more traditional witch look, without looking cheap, and the price was great. Not sure regarding the reviews about the hat being way too small. I ordered a size small for my (almost) 4 year old who is quite tall for her age. It fits perfectly. The hat fits fine, no complaints, and she doesn’t exactly have a micro-sized head either. So I’m not sure what to say on that, but it works out great for us! Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect witch costume! Traditional, classic witch costume with high collar and great quality. My rough child loves this costume and it is holding up great. Even with collar and sleeves it is lightweight enough to not be suffocatingly hot (as some costumes can be for those of us who live in warm climate). The length of dress can be easily adjusted with the belt because you can just pull the dress up a bit. Totally fabulous but.

The dress and belt were nice for my 7-year-old's witch costume. Like other reviewers said, the hat is absurdly small, so we had to borrow from a friend at the last minute. The cape (which I didn't even know came with the set) was kind of cheap looking and we didn't use it. It was fine for the price, but be prepared to get a different hat.

Great witch costume, my on the small side 7 yr old loved it. The small fit her perfectly (not much extra room tho), she is about 43 lbs and I think 42ish inches. The hat was a tad on the small side for her, we glue gunned it to a headband so it would hopefully stay on while trick or treating but she ditched it after maybe 30 min. The only major issue we had with the costume otherwise was the tulle that is supposed to tie around the hat, I have no idea how you could get that to stay on unless you glue it on, we just skipped it.

I purchased size Medium 8-10 for my 6yo daughter. The dress fit just fine and she loved it. The hat is so small that it wouldn't even go on her head. It was even too small for her 3 year old brother. Now we have to either return it or go buy a new hat.

Love the classic Witch look! Bought this costume for my 3 year old daughter for Halloween and she loved it! It was simple, adorable and had the perfect amount of detail. She got a ton of compliments on it. Highly recommend.
