Not waterproof and seriously bad quality - not worth even 1 usd
This item is not waterproof and can be wiped off completely with the light touch of my hand, I would describe it as poor quality eyeshadow that has been placed inside the bottom cap. This is not worth 15+ usd, its not even worth 1 USD at a dollar store. It simply does not work.. AT ALL. I am so disappointed that i waited 2 weeks for this to be shipped to me. I have requested a refund and return and i really hope the seller does the right thing as this product is not at all what is advertised.
