Not great.
I bought this for my car - to put wrenches and basic tools for the back of the car.Does it hold all my tools safely in place?...no, they fall out. Is it generally well made?... no the elastic straps don't hold it closed. Was it cheap? ...yes.It's alright given the price but I wouldn't buy it again.

Works great after adding a non elastic strap
In general, these hold a lot of small to medium sized hand tools capacity wise, until you roll it. The two elastic straps don't allow you to carry the roll from the handle securely. After adding a sturdy, non-elastic strap, they work fantastic! The company should consider replacing the elastic with adjustable nylon webbing straps.

I returned it
Material was cheap and had no protection and thin, the roll was flimsy and as far as holding the tools dont bet on it unless its a set of wrenches only. The straps to hold it together a velcro not snap type. All in all dont waste your money it will just disappoint you pay cheap get cheap with this one.

Not as good as I expected
This rolling tool bag has slots for screwdrivers, pliers etc... but the holes/slots are too close together and it rolls too bulky.
