i like the fact that it has an on/off switch and volume buttons plus mute and you have more control works fine and very few cosmetic blemishes

My IT guy uses this one and is the reason he recommended it. I have two employees that spend the entire day on the phone calling clients so they really stand the test of time and so far have worked awesome. Reception is clear, noise cancelling works great and the battery is perfect for what we do. No complaints

I’m on phone calls 5-8 hours a day for my job, so I can’t work without a good headset. After my prior, new, model started wearing down in battery life after 3 years, I was very happy to see this Used option. No issues with the appearance.Only thing I had to tweak is that the model shipped with an older firmware version, 510, and was able to quickly update to the latest firmware with the free poly lens software after plugging the model into my laptop.

I'm amazed by this headset. It truely has 150' line of sight range, and allows be to go all over my house without any issues as along as my phone's on the main floor. Additionaly, and even more amazing, is the noise canceling abilities. I can be blasting down the highway and talking on this thing and people say it sounds like I'm still in my office. I've even walked across a large parking lot getting hit with huricane winds and all people hear is my voice. Crazy amazing. Not a huge fan of how it looks, but if you take important calls on the go and want the caller yo hear you clearly, regardless of the environment you're in, than this is the headset for you.

Clients stating that when speaking it sounds like I am in a very large empty room metal room, low volume for individual which both makes it extremely difficult for my clients to understand me. Clients state that it is like I'm on speaker phone, but talking from the other side of the room. We are on a Genesys platform, earpiece is Bluetooth to computer. I did my research prior to purchase and this device stated that it was compatible with the Genesys phone system, which it is, but the quality for person on other end is simply poor at best. Battery does not last a full day either 9-5. needs to be recharged around the last hour of operation.If I had the time and patience I would send this product back 100%. It would take a lot for me to purchase another Plantronics product, which is unfortunate as it seems the reviews that I researched were positive overall.
