This product came with the worst manual I have ever seen. It makes no sense. No instruction how to use bluetooth or even connect anything. No Website to even download a English manual. I have had it now for 4 days and frankly I can not make it work. I can not even figure out the power button press if it goes from Red to Red & Blue split to Green.

the instructions are not in proper english ..it works with my laptop on video calls but my microphone has an echo to it people say ...

I was so exciting for this sound card... I have been try to figure out to set up with live stream singing but it did not work.... When you do talk live stream it worked but can not sing on live stream. The people only hear your voice not music... I dont know this sound card defect or it did not work when you singing live stream... Disappoint it.
