As much as I wanted to love this I couldn’t for ONE simple reason... the back zipper. The back zipper has no cover so when it’s on your baby the hard plastic is rubbing up against their neck/back of their head. I covered it with a bandaid but what a waste when the zipper should have a flap of fabric over it to protect your child!! Super cute though and my kid was able to wear it from 10-16lbs (until 4 months old).

For SIZING REFERENCE my baby is 15 months old and wears mostly 24 month and 2T clothes and is quite tall for her age. She is wearing a large and there is wiggle room. The arms don’t quite reach her wrists and I am happy with that. There are few things I love about this swimming suit! I love the zipper in front. Most rash guards have a small head hole and are difficult to pull over baby’s head. I love the snaps between the legs for diaper changes. The pink is a very cute mild pink, not obnoxious hot pink. We haven’t worn it swimming yet. The material is fairly thin, and I suspect when wet her swim diaper will show through but that’s what you get with lighter colored swim wear. It won’t bother me. I got this to wear on a week long lake trip. I am confident this will keep sand out of her diaper area and sun off the majority of her skin. I will update this review if I change my opinion after a week at Lake Powell!

My LO is 22lb and 29" long . This suit fits Perfectly! (I purchased the 24M) It has a little extra room to accommodate for growth until the end of summer but isn't too saggy.Most importantly the diaper snaps will make changing a breeze

Lightweight and easy to put on. The only thing I dislike is the zipper. Couldn’t even zip it up all the way because it was too high up.

Very disappointed. I thought this was super cute and practical when I first got it, but it hasn't held up well. I forgot to take it out of her wet bag one day and by the next day it already had black spots on it from mildew. So I washed it and then set it out in the sun, hoping the sun would help remove the stains, and instead it just got horribly faded. Now it looks splotchy and terrible, though I suppose it still serves its purpose. Feels like a waste of money. :(

Great sun protection. Nice and lightweight. I sized up based on recommendations, but should have chosen my son’s true size (for reference, he is 9 mo, 21 lbs - photo for reference) because it’s a little big on him but nothing he won’t grow into. A great addition to your little one’s summer closet

Very frustrated with this product. Bought for my 6 month old who has maybe worn it 3 times and now the zipper is broken. She is only 6 months old. She doesn't play rough in it and it is already broken. I purposely got it large so it would fit for longer, but at this point it doesn't matter. Love the sun protection, but wish it was better made.

These swimmies are so adorable on the baby. I love the pattern with cute dino tail sticking out on the side and most importantly it covers up the baby well to protect his skin. I knocked one star because the buttons are a bit odd in trying to snap together and has a strong plastic smell when you open so just need to wash before wearing.
