I love this belt. I draw my abdominal muscles (isometrics) before I put on the belt, so I'm getting maximum muscle work. I only do it every other day, so the muscles can rest.The instructions state to use water on the belt (for conductivity) , but I found that water didn't work well enough. I found that if you use a water-soluble lubricant (KY Jelly) on the squares of the belt that touch the skin you get the full benefit of the belt. I can actually SEE the muscles contract while wearing the belt.DO NOT use a petrolatum based (vaseline etal) lubricant.

I've always been really skeptical about trying one of these I am so glad I decided to spend the money on this it does really really work you have to be careful not to set this settings to high because it will shock you and startle you but not hurt you it really does work if you wear it while you're working and cleaning like I do you can start to feel a difference about a week after using it the best purchase ever

I have been using this belt for just over a month now and I was initially thinking I was going to leave a positive review because my stomach area has slimmed a little bit in the time I have been using this product in addition to weight lifting and other exercises. I have only really been using modes 1 and 2 and started around levels 4 and 5 because 1-3 are hardly noticeable and I did 2 runs (40 minutes) per day every day. I have been going up about 1 or 2 levels per week because my stomach gets used to each level pretty quickly and I am now at level 11. But at these high levels the device's batteries do not last very long.The manual claims that a fully charged battery will last 36 hours, but I believe that is only if the product is left on level 1. On levels 10 and 11 I can do one 20 minute run and then it will die about 5 minutes into the second run. If it's not related to the power level, then the only other possible explanation is that the battery is already going bad and will soon not be able to run even on the lower levels.It definitely does not seem like the battery will ever be able to make it through 20 minutes on level 15 and it seems to take more than just 3-4 hours to fully charge the battery like the manual claims. After a few hours of charging I can make the device work for about 10 minutes on levels 10 and 11. But to actually make it work for over 20 minutes I have to charge it overnight. So I can no longer do 2 rounds in 1 day and I won't be able to keep increasing my level for much longer.I enjoyed this belt for about one month. If you want something that will last longer than that, I suggest finding something else.

I ordered this belt after reading some studies that demonstrated muscle strength could increase with electric stimulation: I lead with that bc this is not a tool for losing fat. The belt is neatly packaged and includes an extender if needed. It velcros closed tightly and includes a spray bottle to lightly moisten the pads before putting it on. It has several different modes of stimulation (quick pulses, slower pulses etc.) and you control the level of stimulation based in your comfort level. If you've used a tens unit before, this is what it feels like. I wore this around for 20 mins 2 days in a row on a level 8 and noticed ab soreness. Really cool product that does exactly what it says!

I love this ab trainer! I had been looking into different ab trainers for some time now but, to be honest, wasn’t really sure what to expect. I received my package quickly, and it was super easy to set up and get going. The device stimulates your abs from 6 different pads within the belt, and you can truly feel it working. I will say it’s best to start on the lower modes (like 2-4, which are good for fat burning!) until you get used to the feeling and then work your way up--it does sort of feel like a shock, but it doesn’t hurt at all! It’s still too soon to see any results, but I love that I’m getting in some core stimulation while sitting at my computer and working all day! Can’t wait to see what kind of results come from it over the next few months.

I never thought those belts actually do something, but damn... after using it for 4 weeks (twice every day) I actually felt sore in the abs area. I am not saying it is thanks to this belt, but in last 4 weeks I have lost 20 pounds (also very strict diet) but I believe the belt helped it a little bit, just because by using it I felt muscles which i didnt even know I had before.Very easy to use, manual was short, sweet and simple. I like how easy it is to see the progress and change of the "power" of the belt, each level is different and you can actually feel the difference.For this price, its absolutely worth it.

Wasn't really sure what to expect. But now loving this. It really does train the abdominal muscles and you can really feel it.Took me couple of attempts to get it right.. Made the mistake to tune the belt up to highest level thinking it was the biggest bang for the buck .. that was a mistake and was honestly to rough and painful.On second and subsequent attempts I decided to start lower (level 3-4) and that was much much better. Wear it now daily about an hour a day and loving it so far.Has a usb slot to recharge the batteries. Can use any normal usb phone charger to charge it.Also, do follow the instructions !Fiddling with the device before putting the belt on doesn't actually do anything and the device will not operate.For best performance and comfort (learned this the hardway!) was to indeed use the included spray bottle to spray water on the squares of the belt. :)

I really enjoy wearing the belt while doing my cardio. The powerful stimulation has many different levels of intensity for beginner to expert trainer. I definitely recommend investing in this belt. It is light, easy to put on/take off, directions are simple to follow, and it comes with a rechargeable (micro USB) battery. No expensive AAA or AA batteries needed. Well worth it !!!
