This item should not be sold on Amazon. It’s written in a different language so you can’t even understand the directions. Very disappointed in Amazon for their representation of this. Can’t even return it. Makes absolutely no sense

I’ve been buying this supplement for long time never disappointed it’s really help settle the stomach but my new concern is how the price has changed and becoming more expensive I hope they start doing it in Canada again at least you understand what they’re written and not in Russian just because you know what it is you know is the same supplement. It worked very good

I had suffered from IBS like issues for many years. This solution works! It is the genuine product (I purchased fake products on ebay previously). Shipping takes a month to Hawaii, and I'm glad they will ship here, as the other Amazon vendors do not. Take 20 drops in some water with each meal up to 3x a day. There is licorice in it, which doesn't bother me but should be careful if you have liver issues. Love this product, wished Bayer sold this in the US.

This product damaged my liver substantially plz consider twice before burying read about potential liver damage in Google I will write in a month later what the liver damaged and if I healed or not but I'm in hospital in icu I will inform you guys please please please be carefull
