It’s nap time at the pond, but the baby frogs still want to play! Help your baby be the first to race around the pond without being caught by the sleeping grown-ups. In this magical memory game, you have to remember which frogs will spot the babies and freeze their race. Beautifully crafted pieces bring the pond to life and will have kids squealing with delight! This all wooden game includes 4 baby frogs, 6 adult frogs, 12 frog eyes, 10 small water lilies, one big lily, and 2 colored dice.

I thought it was for older kids as advertised Overall they enjoy it well enough
Positive: my 2.75 year old can play it with her older brother. And more interesting (if less cute) than Pengoloo.Negative: it's really for a 3-4 year old max (but is advertised as challenging for older kids.its not.I am sorry to have spent so much on a game that my youngest will grow out of in another year. I thought it was for older kids as advertisedOverall they enjoy it well enough, it's less challenging and so less intimidating than a traditional card memory game. Kids like it well enough. Would not pay $24 again for this, though I generally love Blue Orange games.

This game is perfect for my four-year-old and my six-year-old to play together
This game is perfect for my four-year-old and my six-year-old to play together. The first time we played they needed adult supervision to teach them how to play the game but after that it is something they can play on their own. I love that they're learning and using memory skills to remember where they will get caught by the mother frog. There are very few games in which I can do something like make dinner and watch them while they play on their own. It is a rare gem that actually teaches them or hones skills at the same time as keeping them busy. So much better than cartoons!

Fun, Fun, Fun
My girls absolutely love this game. The object of the game is to lay out the lily pads and put the baby frogs on a large lily pad and have the baby frogs make it around the lily pads without being seen by the mommy frogs which will be placed in the middle. Each mommy frog has two wooden eyes , which when you remove and flip over will either have a baby frog painted on it( which means momma frog caught the baby frog going around the lily pad ) or nothing on it ( which means baby frog gets to hop onto another lily pad to keep going around the the lily pads. The first player to make it all the way around the lily pads and back home wins. It is a really cute game for kids. I would say nice for kids anywhere between 3 and 10.The game is very nicely made. The colors are bright and the wooden pieces feel nice to the touch. I would definitely recommend Froggy Boogie.

but our 4 year old loved it so we wanted to get something more sturdy
This game was bought for a 4 year old. We first saw the game at Chick Fil A, where they were giving this as a paper version with their kids meal. We quickly destroyed the paper version, but our 4 year old loved it so we wanted to get something more sturdy. This game was even nicer than I expected. All of the pieces are sturdy wooden pieces. The game is simple to set up, simple to play, and holds our 4 year old's attention easily! She loves playing over and over! I would highly recommend for ages 3-6 year olds!

Great game for preschoolers
This is a great game for preschoolers because it does not require any reading and you can be pretty evenly matched with your kids in terms of skill if your memory skills are poor like mine! Rolling the dice to yield two colors, you have to match them to the frog and then remember which of the removable eyes is marked so you can hop around the lily pads. My 3 year old got the hang of it right away and still loves it a year later. Also, if you are short on time, you can "shrink" the game by simply not setting up some of the lily pads. I often give this as a gift. This company makes a lot of nice quality wood games.

Good for group of mixed ages
We use a game at the end of our Wed. evening class for the 'Sunday school' kids (ages 5-14), to have fun while reinforcing principles learned ('Be ye kind' and Fruits of the Spirit, etc.) . All the kids enjoy this game--and the older kids encourage the younger ones. It's simple, so one that gives similar opportunity to all ages. Finding the correctly colored frog adds a little challenge each turn, and counting the eyeballs at the end as we put the game away is a good reinforcement for the younger kids. I've just ordered another for my grand kids.

Super easy for a young kid to understand
Our 4 year old son LOVES this game! Super easy for a young kid to understand. And even though it’s for 2 players or more, our son loves playing by himself whenever we can’t. This game is made great, great quality ( wooden pieces ), great colors and it’s something that will last a lifetime.

Instructions in French
Bought this game for my grandsons birthday and the instructions were in French. Such a pain to go online and try to find english instructions. He was so excited to play but then we had to take a time out to find instructions or a youtuber playing the game

Super high quality
The game is all wood and very nice quality. We changed the explanation so that instead of sneaking past the grown-ups, the little frogs could only continue if the parent frogs "had their eye on them".

no naps
no naps... kids can dream. This can be played simply by using less frogs and using all the adult frogs and multiple colors is really challenging for older children. The froggies are cute and sturdy. Hours of fun. my four year old grandson loves it
