It works. Good filtered water
It took some cleaning of the container because of where the holes were drilled, (black glue stuck on & I had to scrub it off with a soft sponge). The directions were not too clear so I looked up a YouTube video on how to install the ceramic candles & spout. But once I cleaned it and put it all together, I filled the top container and let the first 2 batches of filtered water drain through and dumped it out. Then the 3rd batch came out looking clean, with no white looking film in the water. I threw out the first 3 cups of water to be sure the spout was clean as well. Now my family uses it everyday and the water has no funny taste or anything, just good drinking water. This is my first time using this sort of filter so I might update this review later. But in all, the product works and we are enjoying having filtered drinking water at a good capacity. I already refilled it from the first day I started using it, once. We drink a lot of water. So I refilled the complete batch after 4 days. Hope this review helps someone.

Worst water experience
The media could not be loaded. I previously said it's good.. now this is my experience After months of usage I saw white colour paper pieces like sediments in the filtered water. Though I clean it once in every 2-3 it's still there. The rubber placed inside the tank to support tap is developing plaque all tym. Also the steel in of poor quality.. please have some business ethics. After all we all humans. Cheating like this with poor quality products will not take you long. I really wanted to support and gave a good review. But this is what you did to me after months of usage..I finally found the cause for the plaque sediments.. it's not only the rubber attached to tap But THE TAP INSIDE ITSELF IS PLAQUED SEVERELY.. I'm attaching pictures of it.. now it's a burden on head to clean this tiny inside space in tap.. I use Municipal water which is regularly treated by the government. regretting buying.. no response from their customer care when I called at the start of issue..

Both the containers diameter are out of size . That's why not getting fitted properly.
The media could not be loaded. The product of water filter is of poor and defective quality. The quality of candles is also very poor. The seller deliberately forcing the customer to use and go with the faulty filter.The seller's response is very disappointing. Hence, I won't advise anybody to buy this water filter.
